Hollywoodbets Reviews

myself and my partner have better more than 3k in the last few days no wins their free spins on all platforms offer less than a 10% payout of what the supposely max win is for that betting donomination. this site has become a scam players stay away from hollywood bets. you stand absolutelt no chance of winning. their gaming license should be revoked

Worst terrible

Always loosing on one slot strike frenzy exclusives for years now..I'm playing every day just loosing loosing money every time

Games are rigged , your account gets rigged after withdrawal so you cannot win anymore till these thieves get revenge on you . Test it yourself and see . The games are not rtp based I have got 100% of my deposits siphoned with not 1 win out of 100 spins on particular games especially firestrike which is my favorite game . To make it worse this happen during promotions where your chances are greater to win but still rtp applies but just because you got lucky 1 day then you are automatically barred from winning again . Hollywoodbets are skelm people need to boycot these thieves

I am waiting for almost 72 hours for my withdrawal, there is no interest from the agents or escalation team everytime I query they don't seem to understand or try to understand and provide the same answer. They are refusing to investigate this matter and are claiming that my money is forfeited because it was bonus money when it was not! If they take the time to look instead of closing the ticket and being rude they will see I made a deposit and won with my own money and it was on live games. The agent tells me I need to read bonus TCS and makes reference to wagers on sports betting. I told her that it was not bonus money, I deposited money and it was not on sports, it was live gaming and also they bonus is deducted when a withdrawal is made.I see on my profile that they rejected my withdrawal and reflected that all my winnings as a bonus reversal. Yet I made other withdrawals and it came through perfectly. The disrespect is on another level and as a player you will think twice about using this site because if you win a large some of money they will not pay and you will go round in circles trying to find an answer.I have reached out to them over 6 times and am still being told I used bonus money and my winnings is forfieted when I sent my bank statements proving I purchased a Hollywoodbets voucher using my banking app.

Can't upload FICA via self service, I have tried multiple times, my photo does not match my ID. Bull, I was told I have to get new ID 'Imagine' after some time Nompumelo D says they cant upload FICA manually so I have to go around and find Hollywoodbets branch to resolve the matter. Bull. Your service is crap.
Consultants are no help, it's useless chatting with them, telling you to repeat the same thing that's not working for you as customer. hopeless.
If you tell the FICA SELFIE DOES NOT MATCH BIO, THEY TELL YOU TO GO DO IT AGAIN, LA BORA..

Below is Nompumelos responce.

Biggest scam!!! Every time I put money in they just take it all the hot hot fruit is the biggest scam of them all!! You can literally see the 7's and the wild cards run past each time it's rigged for sure. This is the worst casino ever. They will take all your money and give nothing. I will never play this again

The Truth About HollywoodBets: A Warning to All Players
With four decades of experience in the slots industry, I have an in-depth understanding of how these games operate. Over the last 14 months, I’ve meticulously tracked gameplay data on HollywoodBets, and the patterns I’ve uncovered are deeply troubling. While no casino is ever designed for the player to win in the long run, fair platforms still adhere to industry standards of randomness and proper RTP (Return to Player) percentages. HollywoodBets, however, appears to function differently—exploiting players with a system deliberately designed to drain their money while avoiding scrutiny.
HollywoodBets’ Slots: The Illusion of Fair Play
Slot games rely on RNG (Random Number Generators) to determine outcomes, ensuring fairness and unpredictability. However, my data reveals a disturbing lack of natural win cycles, repeated patterns of losses, and a deviation from expected probability models. The randomness that should define fair slot play simply isn’t there. Instead, players are misled into believing they have a legitimate chance of winning, while in reality, certain big-win combinations appear to be missing entirely from number generators. If the element of chance is removed, what remains is not gambling—it’s theft disguised as entertainment.
Refusal to Pay: A Business Model Built on Deception
Beyond questionable game mechanics, HollywoodBets has demonstrated a blatant disregard for honoring winnings. In December 2023, I won a promotional tournament—only to have the company erase any record of my win and refuse to pay out. Despite relentless follow-ups, my inquiries were met with automated responses, evasive tactics, and eventually, a complete communication block. My account was later shut down altogether.
This isn’t just my story—hundreds, if not thousands, of players report similar experiences. HollywoodBets floods its platform with non-stop promotions, often running 30 or more simultaneously, an operational nightmare that conveniently results in “errors” and omitted winnings. These promos demand high bet minimums and last weeks or even months, making it easy to manipulate results and create confusion. The similarities between many promotions—identical terms, game providers, and prize structures—raise serious red flags. How can a company track the spins of thousands of players across countless games and multiple promotions without serious miscalculations? Or perhaps, the "confusion" isn’t accidental at all.
A Customer Service Facade
HollywoodBets maintains the illusion of a responsive support team, but in reality, complaints are systematically buried. Every issue is "escalated" but never resolved. Players are worn down with delays, misleading responses, and endless dead ends until they give up entirely. Those who persist, like myself, find themselves blocked, cut off, and ultimately removed from the platform.
This is how HollywoodBets treats its loyal customers—players who deposit daily, wager thousands, and sustain their business. Rather than showing appreciation, they exploit, silence, and discard them when they ask for fairness.
A Widespread Issue: Players Sound the Alarm
HollywoodBets is now facing a growing wave of public complaints, all echoing the same concerns:
Unrealistic gameplay outcomes that don’t align with fair gaming principles.
A deliberately evasive customer support team that exists only to deflect and delay.
A pattern of withheld payouts, rigged promotions, and withdrawal issues.
Retaliation against players who speak out—including account closures and blocked communication.
Regulators Have Failed to Act
To seek justice, I filed an official complaint with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing HollywoodBets. Over a year has passed without a single meaningful update. Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received nothing beyond empty reassurances that my case is "under investigation."The WCGRB's own policies state that even complex cases should be resolved within three months,so why the silence?
This is more than incompetence,it’s a betrayal of players trust who rely on regulators to ensure fairness. With thousands of complaints against HollywoodBets, the WCGRB cannot claim ignorance.Their inaction speaks volumes about where their true priorities lie.The Bottom Line: HollywoodBets Cannot Be TrustedWhile absolute proof from an internal perspective is impossible to obtain, the sheer volume of player experiences, repeated patterns, and deliberate non-responsiveness from the company make one thing clear—HollywoodBets operates with a system designed for exploitation.

I made a R1,000.00 deposit with H/Bets and now I want to withdraw it since I missed my betting window and low and behold unaware, I have to bet 55% of my deposit before I can make any withdrawal. Imagine !! So I cannot withdraw my very own money without high-risk betting on their platform. This is a policy blatantly aimed to make their clients perform high risk betting and therefore losing their money. Yes ! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME READERS, DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH HOLLYWOOD BETS!!!! DO NOT !!! RUUUUUUUUN !

I use Betway and I just decided to give H/Bets a try , give them a chance and I now regret it only after 1 day of depositing. Now I have risk R550.00 of my funds just for me to be able to make a withdrawal and this policy applies with EVERY deposit. EVERY !! Not first time deposits. EVERY!

BOYCOTT HOLLYWOOD BETS !

this is the worst online casino ever!! the return to player payouts are nothing!!. no winnings this is a m
oney eating casino that never ever pays out

I was playing slots on spina Zonke on Hollywood bets, I was enjoying the games and then some of them would fail and give me an error, the games let you restart and continue where the game was or if a feature triggered and there was an error you were able to continue. So I played spinomenal games and I got loads of feature triggers and the game crashed. I expected to restart but the game failed. I tried and tried and tried to get my feature triggers back but I would always get an error message. I took this problem up with support but they kept changing the support agent and they would ask the same question and when I answer the cycle repeats and my problem never gets solved they also asked for the screenshot but I wasn't in the habit of taking screenshots while gambling so now that I can't produce the screenshots they won't help me. I guess you guys to be safe should take screenshots while playing their slots otherwise you won't get help, they will make it a you problem instead of taking responsibility of their faulty slots.

Had a bad experience about 5 years ago with Hollywood. Heard they are better now.
Gave them another chance today and I am pleasantly surprised at how efficient they have become.
Gameplay was fair and smooth.
Well Done to the entire team.
The withdrawal is insanely fast! Wow!!!

What I hated about the website, the betting and everything else, was how you'll definitely lose more than you'll win,and also how it's addictive,no need to really improve because majority of people get caught in the action, but I do like that it's available in south africa as well, plus on a food day ,you can make good money,so big ups and hate yall hollywood,oh and salute on the Registration Bonus,it's honestly a trap but,it helps pick up the momentum

As good as having a casino in your pocket.Easy to navigate.Easy to deposit.Easy to get fast withdrawals.Wide variety of casino slots and games. Also lots of sport. As good as top betting apps.Even better than some i had tried.
