I am so sorry for those that have these bad experiences with this company. However, I thank you for sharing your experiences bc now I know I am not alone. This company is a Sham and operates under unethical business practices. Sad!
I too received damaged goods which arrived at the post office that way. I refused the package, alerted them by email instantly and asked for replacement. They denied it had returned to their warehouse even while USPS tracking confirmed it had arrived two days later. Still they sent no replacement, denied me a refund. Run ... stir clear of them. They are CROOKS!

I’ve gotten products from this company before and it worked OK but this time I got a bottle that was split open I contacted the company and also I sent them a picture of the actual bottle leaking they told me there was nothing they can do about it because after they send it basically is out of their hands what kind of customer service is that if you want to keep a customer so now I have a little less than half a bottle of product which I paid for the whole bottle do not order from this company they’re horrible!!!!!

As I am reading through these reviews I am shooketh chile lol but I am so happy I didn't experience this. The only bad thing I experienced was usps delivering my item a day late but thats usps fault & not HHB brand so far I am seeing results its been almost a month since I've been using it. I am on my second bottle and I have 3 more left of the regular strength & I also purchased the extra strength I feel like I may stick with this serum for a while 😁

This is my fourth time now using this why do i keep getting a headache???!!

I have been using the extra strengh hollywood bar for a week now. I noticed i got some kind of depresion, dizziness and clostophopia for a week now and was wondering why. It seems that this oil might be penetrating to the brain or the smell cause some kind of bad fumes. It is the only thing I am doing different for a week and I am afraid it has bad side effects to the brain. Today I did not use and will never do again after I saw all bad reviews here. On their website had 5 stars. They are scams.please be careful using this hair growth oils.

I both this Hollywood hair in May. First, I paid so much and didn’t come on time. Second, I have been using it and didn’t do anything for my hair. I don’t see what the other people have good reviews about it.

Dont buy sh** from these hoes they are a scam I ordered $ 90.00 worth on the hair serum and waited a month until it said it was delivered in Austin and I'm in San Antonio so I call them and let them know and they are giving me the run around saying its FedEx's fault they were suppose to deliver it. But they are the ones that fu**ing sent the order they should have put the right address!!!!pretty sure I'm not getting my refund.

If your package is lost or stolen, You can forget Hollywood hair bar assisting you in any way to file a claim with FedEx. I received an email stating that my package was delivered on July 3, 2021 but I never received a package that day. A family member was at home the entire day and I also have a Nest camera as well. I spoke toHollywood Hair bar to explain the situation. They responded that they verified that the package was marked as delivered that there was nothing further why could do. Per their policy, once the package is given to Fed Ex, they are no longer responsible for it. I was informed to contact the FedEx facility for the whereabouts of your package. Hollywood Hair Bar informed me to file a claim and that it is FedEx’s responsibility to deliver the package. I contacted FedEx again. The representative informed me that there is a contract between FedEx and the shipper, Hollywood Hair Bar, and to request their FedEx account number and value of the merchandise. Per the contract, they are required to provide their FedEx account information and value of package to assist in getting the claim processed. I informed Hollywood Hair Bar that it was a part of their contract to provide me with this information. Hollywood Hair Bar refused and informed me that there was nothing more they can do. As another person mentioned, they are getting rich by scamming people

I ordered from Hollywood hair bar. First time in April of 2021, through PayPal. The order went through fine. I ordered again, because I spilled some of the hair growth serum. On May 31st, which was Memorial Day weekend. Supposedly offering a 30% off sale. This time I used my credit card instead of going through pay pal. I ordered one bottle of hair serum along with the hair pudding. At the end of my order the tried to sell me two additional items, a two pack of friend serum and Chebe mask. I declined and they still charged my credit card for the two additional items. I emailed them immediately, telling them to remove it, I did not order the additional two items.They would not refund my credit card. They did not ask you to order additional items through PayPal. They are scamming people who use their credit card directly. I filed a dispute complaint with my credit card company, for unauthorized transactions. I’m going to look into a class action lawsuit against this company!!! Their getting rich by scamming and charging people for items they didn’t order. They will reap what they sow.

This company is a rip off you order from them and they keep sending you orders even if you don’t ask for a subscription. I will never order from them again they take your money without sending you you products. This company will not honor your responses about you concerns. Their customer service is horrible.

I wish that I could give this company 0 stars. My product was packaged incorrectly. I purchased the serum and the hair grease. Who ships hair grease in a regular brown padded envelope in the middle of the summer? When I got my package, the envelope was busted and grease was melted and had covered the entire inside of my envelope. I am surprised that USPS delivered it. When I contacted the company , they requested pictures which I sent. They responded by offering me an $8.00 store credit to re purchase the products. What a joke! I told them to keep their $8.00 store credit because I certainly will not be re- purchasing anything from them every again.
With all of the bad reviews that I have seen about people losing their hair, maybe this is GOD's way of sparing me from that trauma.

I really had high hopes for this product after watching the reviews on YouTube but it ended up being one of my worst purchases. It completely destroyed my hair especially my edges like my edges are almost completely gone, not sure if the positive reviews are real or just by people getting sponsored or paid to say nice things about the product but if they're real that means it can grow some people's hair as well as destroy it for some people.

I grew dreadlocks for 12 years. My locks grew so long that they pulled and tugged at my hair at the roots, and I believe this caused my breakage and thinning. So, I cut them off which revealed many thin spots (which I considered to be some form of alopecia -- but this has not been confirmed).

I gave this product a shot, because every time I logged onto youtube to watch a video, I would be inundated with Hollywood Hair Bar Ads. After all, who would spend that kind of money for advertising if they didn't have a product that is the bomb?

Because of that, I really started to believe that it was something I just HAD to try. Ordered the product, and was real optimistic. But, it was a total disappointment. I could have, and should have kept my money. I've had mine for well over 6 weeks, and use it daily as instructed. The product has not helped me regrow my hair at all. Now, unlike some reviewers, I don't think I've lost any hair or experienced any breakage. But, there has been NO regrowth that I can detect in any of the areas where my hair was thinning.

I now no longer even believe the ads showing women whose hair lines have grown back in. I believe they are just as phony as the hair growth products they are hustling. I will not waste my money again. I believe my best course of action would be to go to a reputable dermatologist and try to figure out the underlying cause of my hair loss, and follow a doctor's prescribed treatment versus wasting my money on this "snake oil."

Don't try it! Every where it touched caused hair breakage not growth!!! No refund available. And it says to test on an area, that should have been a warning. A natural growth serum should not need testing but you live and you learn. So, if I can help one person keep their hair then it's worth it.

I got this error when I attempted to submit an order: "ERROR! Unsuccessful checkout. If you continue to get this error, please contact customer support. The 'AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:cardNumber' element is invalid" etc. - The value XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.."

I had already cleared them before resubmitting the order. There was apparently a glitch in their system. I tried again, and was taken to the Thank You page without the chance to CONFIRM my purchase, which show additional items I did not purchase. I recontacted the company, asking if they could remove the items or should I cancel and resubmit. This was the response:

The policy strictly states "No Returns. No Refunds." No statement on cancellation or adjustments to overcharges on $229.23 bill. I asked how could they do such bad business with potential new customer, especially since I advised them in advance of the glitch in their gateway/problem with ordering. Sharon, who I had communicated with through the whole process, suddenly stop responding to my email. This is the type of bad business practices that give ours a bad name. I will never do business with this company, and advised everyone I know, and then some, to BEWARE!
I'm disputing this issue with my bank when it posts to my account tomorrow (6/2/2021).
I mean, really, the charges have not posted to my account, and the company refused to adjust the order, or cancel the entire thing. Horrible.

I finally tried this serum after seeing all of there ads. It did not do anything for me. I will be sticking with Bserene hair growth oil which smells amazing and gives me fast results. It's also much cheaper then the little bottle that I received from this company. Save your money.

I'm impressed I notice a difference within 2 weeks

It did not help! I noticed a bald spot after weeks of us and dry brittle hair. I ordered the bottle twice just to make sure I gave it a fair try, unfortunately it did not work for me at all.

Every since I started using this product it cost my hair to fall out. It didn’t helped my hair at all. It’s like the more I use the product the more my hair start falling out

DO NOT order or use your credit card. Towards the end of your order there will be several prompts to get you to order additional items. Even though you will press no like I did, they will charge your card for an additional item. Why would I buy two of the same item not knowing if the first one works. They will not refund. I will never buy again. Shameful on their part.
