Spent over £100. Didn't even get my dilivery. Scam.

Finally got my money back after they promised to refund me. Contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Took a few weeks but glad this loser lost in the end.

as the other reviews state this site is a scam. but they have deactivated upon the release of phantasmal flames so they wont be stealing anymore money... until this loser opens another shopify.

Fraudulent website. Doesn’t have or send product but accepts money and doesn’t refund.

We should find the person connected to the site.

SCAM !!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. I tried ordering back in October and received nothing for shipment or delivery details. They do not respond to emails. The website has also been taken down and also removed from the SHOP app. I opened up a despute with my bank and was immediately refunded the money whilst they investigate. Do not waste your time and money.

Replied my email once and then till now did not give a tracking for my order
Emailed them
Multiple times and the emails all return as undeliverable and failed
Now their shop website is also not working

Yeah, if it looks too good to be true, it is.

I placed an order September 4 for three phantasmal flames booster boxes. The reviews when I place this order were 4.8 so I was quite sure that I was getting the product I ordered.At the beginning of the communication was really great through emails. Was quite happy that they sent a complementary mega Symphonia Japanese pack as a thank you emailed them because I was concerned that it was their way of marking the order as delivered, however through email, they stated that that tracking number was only for the complementary gift.
They stated that once the set has released that they were going to send a new tracking number for the three booster boxes. Fast forward since then, the reviews that I was seeing from them dropping from a 4.8 to a 1.5 worried me as many other people were getting scammed like I was. I have emailed many times to get my order cancelled and refunded and I don’t get a response.

Anyone that’s reading this please do not order from the scam Artists

Long story short, paid for pokemon, realised it was a scam, asked for a refund, they cancelled but never refunded but told me it had.

Had to file a payment dispute. I won that today. Hope this helps others avoid these scumbags

If there was an option to give this company a lower score I would. DONT buy from this website it is such a scam.. I bought a mega evolution booster box when this had better reviews. You can contact them as many times as you would like and they will seem kind but they are just stealing your money..

Scam at its finest. I paid $359.82 for my order. In my own decision I made up my mind to pay before even waiting for a response by contacting the seller through the corresponding e-mail of the website. But after the order, there's no option to cancel the order and the seller doesn't respond at all. Let this be a lesson to me and other's.. Avoid this website at all cost and don't buy any product from them. This website should go offline ASAP. A very bad and shady business!

It's unfortunate that I've got to resort to giving a 1-star review for the people at Holobooster to pay attention (if at all). I pre-ordered the Mega Evolutions ETB from HB on the 19th of September. Cut to a month long delay, I finally got a package - to my dismay, it was a single Japanese pack of the Team Rocket set. When I asked HB to explain, they said (and I quote) "...the Japanese Team Rocket pack you received was just a free gift sent ahead of your main order.

Your Mega Evolutions ETB is still scheduled to ship according to its release queue, and you’ll receive a tracking email automatically once it’s on the way."

After asking for an ETA as to when it will be shipped, the response I got was,

"We're currently processing orders in chronological order due to very high volume, and we've had delays. Your order should be dispatched within the next few days. You'll receive tracking information automatically via email as soon as it ships.

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7 business days via UPS."

Cut to today, the 6th of November. After repeated emails to the support team, asking for updates, I've had radio silence from then. I believe that I, as so many others here, have been scammed.

If Holobooster honors my transaction by sending me the ETB I paid for, I will gladly revert this 1-star review to a 5-star review. Else, this review will be a warning sign for others to avoid getting scammed by them.

Please avoid at all costs! In good faith I ordered from holobooster as they were selling pokemon boxes at retail cost. Having then changed my mind and within the statutory cooling off period I emailed them to say please cancel my order. Within 20 mins of me asking them to cancel they responded stating this was a preorder item not yet due for release and quoted dates. I then responded explaining that their response raised red flags as this contradicted what dates were on their website. They apologised for the confusion and stated a full refund would be sent and it may take upto 14 days to receive it. That was on the 10th Oct. No refund. Ive reached out to them again today and they haven't responded. Please don't waste your money buying from here

Scam. Pre ordered some pokemon cards and then spotted their reviews. They ignore emails and webforms and refuse to refund. With the bank now for charge back.

Scam - don't send the product and do not refund.

Scam site. Order Me1 and preorder Me2. Promised orders for Me1 will be shipped every time I asked. But it never happened. Asked him to cancel my order but he only did for a booster bundle. Emailed him to refund the entire order and he went silent.

This company is a 110% scam. Ordered 24 blister packs and nothing. DONT use them at all! They will take ur money and send u nothing! Major scam keep away!!

This is because Awhile back I had left a review that would list the companies specifications (Poke-Jap or something like that) and the sasu french designation of the company meaning the company is ran by one person, whom was Gillian T. the owner behind this. At the time, I had also placed some trust on the company (because of the fake 5 stars and their legal status). However, what I failed to note was the fact that I had also know they had a company back then that was taken down due to legal reasons, and I have no idea why I didn’t immediately get alerted by this. Nonetheless. My review got taken down which is a good thing technically, since it meant the actual fake 5 stars were taken down, hence the now existing negative one star reviews.

Moreover, at the time, watchdog sites had also given the company a very low reputation, so glad I’d used them atleast, saving me from a dangerous expensive purchase others unfortunately made (hope you got your refunds btw, fingers crossed🤞).
Lastly, the $20 order I had mentioned in the title, was a test order of a blister pack of the mega evolution whatnot, basically testing the waters, seems the suspicious stuff about the company was true however before the day of the actual order came around nonetheless…

In conclusion, the company should not be trusted and better, the person behind it be punished for this mispractice (seems a couple of reviews had mentioned reporting the fraud to the french government, hopefully this stops the individual from continue their fraudulent businesses).
