High Quality Customer Service and Products
We were ordering a specialty item (Mass travel kit) with a long lead time. Customer service reached out in less than 24 hours to let us know when to order for it to arrive in time and made sure we had updates on its progress (it was 6-8 delivery time). We knew the quality of the product, we just didn't know the customer service would outshine the product.

My delivery was correct but 2 of the St Bernadette bottles were broken in the box. Poor inside wrapping .

Excellent Quality
The items that I received from Holyart were exactly as described and of high quality. My only complaint is getting the package approved by US Customs. I received several emails and a phone call from the United States Postal Service Customs Division asking if there diamonds in the pendant that I ordered. I didn’t expect that to be an issue! Finally, they were satisfied and released my package.
