Do not buy from this company!!!!!! I placed an order for 2 purses for Mother’s Day gifts and they never delivered them! I tried daily to contact them and their phone number and email were unable to reach. Now they are still trying to get my payment for what I didn’t receive and I disputed this 3 times and Affirm keeps saying they deliver them to me and I have to pay. Now my good credit is bad because if this fraudulent company! Do NOT BUT FROM THEM!!!

Placed an order May 17. Tracking says it was delivered June 19. Never received my order and cannot contact anyone. The email address is invalid, as is the phone number.

I placed an order on 10 May. I have not received it, yet their tracking says it was delivered to my door on 18 June. It was not. None of the contacts that they provide are valid. This is a complete scam site. 1 star is generous.

Not even 1 star, never received order and as others have said, you can’t get hold of anyone. Lost count of number of emails I’ve sent asking where my order is. Tracking numbers are useless. This is a scam please do not use!

I placed an order for hand bags on 5/3/26. I never received them. By 6/15 I watched my tracking in PayPal, it said order was out for delivery since 6/8. I checked again on 6/17, it said my order was delivered on 6/11. Don't order from them. I tried reaching customer service no response and phone number no good. This site is a scam.

Package was not correctly delivered, it went missing and they dont provide neither a solution nor a valid call number. This is just a scam.

I don’t recommend buying from this app at all. The dress I received was very low quality — the material feels cheap and it’s completely see-through, which is not what was shown in the pictures. The sizing is also inaccurate and didn’t fit properly.

On top of that, the customer service is really disappointing. They are slow to respond and not helpful when it comes to resolving issues or returns. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want better quality and service.
