Postage time too long item arrived bent and creased and when opened bunch of paper flower’s didn’t open correctly

This product is brilliant it leaves a fabulous lemony smell in the bathroom

It might be more stars if was a woman but as I’m a man the cutting wheel not wide enough

Misleading product

Not Nail Clippers as stated. They are Emery boards. Sent messages for return but no contact from yourselves.

More than pleased with the item I received

Colour of the foundation is very close to my skin. I like the convenience of the brush and foundation in the 1 tool

I received my purchase within a couple of days.
Ordering was straightforward and I highly recommend this product.

bought 3 - for myself, my daughter and grand-daughter who is in her 20s to try out. I have only used once and found it easy to use and felt that it evened out my skin tone and felt ok on my skin. I am awaiting their thoughts on the product and will update when I have them

Item delivered was not as advertised. The so called nail clippers were simply a mechanical nail file. They do not clip nails!

Good product does what it says it will do. Also communication was good all the way.

Homdi fails to advertise that they ship from China, which is fine, but one should be able to see this on their site so they can make a concrete decision on whether to risk or wait on a product from China. This explains why they don't let you know how long it might take to receive your purchase, either during the ordering process or after.

Their tracking links never work, and you fight with their “security authentication” feature, which doesn't work; you cannot see your order. This is clearly a red flag, but at this point, you're screwed.

They sent my items to an incomplete address. When I noticed that their platform did not transcribe part of the my address, my email went unanswered.

Finally, approximately a month after ordering, I received a templated email that item was shipped to me, and they delivered via an “unknown” carrier to an “unknown” address with no evidence of delivery. I sent countless emails to get someone to reply and no one replies.

This was money lost and no item to show for it. I will be reporting this to UK consumer authority, for there is no doubt I am not the only one who receives no reply to their bogus customer service email address.

It is time the UK and other counties block these Chinese companies from doing misleading advertisement and selling, it is also a shame that legit platforms, like YouTube, Google are allowing them to advertise on their platforms with no accountability.

This is one matter I will not be dropped until they learned their lesson.
