A great price for the product
A great price for the product, Home & Cleaning are selling the product I wanted at a very competitive price, also unlike other websites, it was not out of stock so I purchased from them for the first time and have been impressed by the service received. My only concern is that the courier from Evri left my parcel in public view outside my porch where it could easily have been stolen, so I deducted one star for this. I hope Home & Cleaning can raise this issue with their courier firm, for the benefit of their customers.

My friend uses Williams waterless car polish that he bought from another agent for a sale price of £20 for two 5 ltrs, I googled item and your shop came up two for £28 I thought it was a fair price so purchased item knowing product is excellent as my friend let me use his and with that knowledge I'm happy to endorse the product.I later saw the item on your site for £20.99 which I will be more than happy to buy more at that price once my 10 ltrs is finished.

I have tried most of the AA range of car cleaning products and I must say they are completely rubbish and a waste of money I wouldn’t recommend these products
The only product in the range that is ok is the glass cleaner

Really disappointed with the service
Really disappointed with the service. Ordered at the weekend and the delivery states standard delivery is 2-4 days. It has been that long and according to the courier it has still not been collected. I have asked to cancel and “as it’s on a pallet” they cannot do anything. So have to wait for delivery, refuse, wait for it to be returned and based on how quickly they have sent it, might get a refund for Xmas! Would never use them again.

This was then collected by the courier on 06/03 - the reason for this would have been as it was over a weekend - the order is showing as delivered 07/03 at 12:34. Quick delivery the mouse solution a very slim maybe it might have work hasn't got rid of them but I chased them with the solution smells nice but I don't think it's strong enough smell, maybe after chasing them back behind the cupboards for a while temporarily may be more effective for a few hrs that's all time will tell been using for about five days now not sure if it's made much of a difference.
