When I decided to sell my house first I looked around for a local realtor. The fees they charged prompted me to have a look around and then I found Home Bay. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent called and interviewed me. He explained their fees, coached me on how to prep the house and after posting the house the very first offer I received was the amount I wanted to sell it and as they say the rest is history. I recommend Home Bay to anyone, and I personally will call on them if I need to buy or sell in the future.

I ended up having a great experience with HomeBay. My initial agent wasn’t very responsive and my experience was going in a bad direction. Nicole stepped in and totally turned my experience around. She was super responsive and helpful and far exceeded my expectations and within in a week of taking over I sold my house.

At 6% commission it would have cost me $80,550 to sell my house through a conventional broker handling both the seller side and buy side.

I paid Home Bay a total of $5000 for handling the listing and marketing of my home and offering 2.5% commission to the broker who brought me the buyer

Home Bay staff knew what they are doing. My contact person was Michele and she was very professional.
I had my house listed for months with another realtor and no action, one month after signing up with Home Bay I got a contract and closing took less than 30days not to mention the money that was save. They give you one flat fee.

As Buyer, Entered into a Contract with the Seller who listed the property with Home Bay, Contract was subject to a Mortgage, sent Earnest money to Home Bay's Escrow Agent, Lend Mark in Utah, Bank never approved my Mortgage, Appraisal rejected, Its been THREE Months now and Home Bay has failed to refund me my Earnest money....at this point, i'll have to sue Home Bay...these are BAD people...Scammers

Home Bay is a not-quite-ready for prime time service to sell a house. The agent was never available. The buyer's agent was often left in the dark. An appointment was not relayed to the seller, so it caused an expense on the buyer that could have been avoided. No advice or resources from Home Bay on repair requests. Just a lot of frustrations that a real agent could have handled. Did I save $5,000? Yep! ...but wouldn't do it over again.

Things were simple and easy to do. Nicole was awesome and very helpful. I will use them to purchase a new home.

They were efficient when it came to answering my questions in a timely manner. They took care of all of the paperwork.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with HomeBay. The HomeBay team was friendly and professional, and the Dashboard made every step along the way a breeze. It was a stress free experience. I was able to contact my agent almost immediately. The online follow up was flawless along with the DocuSign feature.
I saved around 1.7% of the sell price. It would have been more if I would have gotten a buyer without a real state agent whom I paid 2.5%. So in total I paid around 3.3% on real state fees.
Overall it was a positive experience.

The perfect service, save money, time and the headache of traditional real estate agents.

I am so happy that I chose to sell my house in CA with Home Bay in April, 2019. Not only did I save LOTS of money, I got to hold my own open house, and choose my buyer!!!!! Incredible experience!!
