Awesome service I would definitely recommend this company

Absolutely incredible! The care and professional assistance I received was far above what I expected! From the online briefing and communications to the personal phone calls by the HomeBay realtor made my experience truly relieving. I completely recommend HomeBay for all of your real estate selling or purchasing!

It was a new experience to me to sell this house it was good to have this company working next to me thanks a lot .

Our initial experience was fabulous. Set up, listing, loading pictures, and any online editing was easy. Our communication to set everything up and our broker were great! Then our broker left the company and we were assigned a new broker, who was not very helpful (Only after WE followed up with a showing we had did she respond that we had an offer.) Had we not have asked the right questions, we may have missed some things in the selling process, we had to be very proactive. Whereas our first broker were offer advice and tips to help us sell. Overall, we were able to sell and left with more money on the table, then using a real estate agent. We had to do a lot of the leg work ourselves to sell, so someone needs to be willing to be a proactive seller to get people in.

First lets start with signed up with Home Bay. Was assigned online agent. They charge 200-400 right off to take photos of property. Photographer showed 4 hours late. Contract states for signage, could not get agent to send signage.Next after some time get offer. But agent never gets escrow from buyer. Have to put back on market, but agent forgets to pull down sold off of their website. I catch this and make numerous calls to change. Then finally get another buyer that I find from neighborhood. I show property,then close the sale.they used a California title company for a Florida close, they forget that that is different time zone. So when they want buyer and seller to sign papers for 9am east coast sale, west coast title company not open(they are morons). Finally if you use this company expect to all the thinking for them and you can not get them to return phone calls. Terrible, Terrible company.

This company is basically a "call center" if you want to list your home you will be dealing with an automated system, NOT a real person.

They must have an automated service to send out text messages and email. They should not have the automated system because I not sure it you are taking to a real person. I asked questions and never received an answer. I am not interested in there service any longer.

Home Bay does not practice real estate. They funnel every buyer and seller through their automated system. Their 'agents' never see the property under contract, and perform the most rudimentary of transaction services.

The 'agents' have 50-100 clients at one time, and can not possibly provide competent service to all.

You get what you pay for here. They have tried hard to go around Real Estate agents and the results are terrible.

Think twice.

It is way ti difficult to find anyone to answer questions, and NEVER on a WEEKEND.
It coast me a sale.

Everything went smooth on the close of our home. I was very pleased with HomeBay, and will refer them to other people.

michelle was always immediately available, answered all my questions patiently, and was able to tend to my documents as soon as I was ready. excellent customer service and guidance.

I saved a lot of money but their service is pretty poor. You are basically left on your own with very little guidance.

Homebay was excellent. They were professional from start to finish and our home sold in one month for a great price. They represented us very well throughout. How wonderful to not have to pay exorbitant fees to list our home. We will use them again!

They were very professional and answered all my questions and gave me advice when I needed it.

I sold my house within 21days after it was advertised, home bay made it possible, I was in control of the Sale and they where with me the entire time.

was prompt, professional and knowledgeable in these matters. She
contacted the sales agents after showings to find out what, if any,
objections there may be. The pictures they took were top class and showed the home at its best.
If you are looking for a way to do an end around from the high percentages rates being charged to sell your home, you need to check out Home Bay as a possible route to take... Ed M>

What a horrible brokerage. They don't answer the phone. They don't use the normal showing set up making it difficult for agents to get buyers into a seller's home. The fewer showings a seller has the fewer offers they will receive and the less the home will sell for. As an Agent of 19 years I hate it when I see a listing with them. I know it's always going to be a nightmare. The seller's are costing themselves THOUSANDS of dollars but going the cheap route.

Working with Homebay definitely saved us a bunch of money! However we did more of the legwork ourselves. We are very hands on so it wasn’t too bad. We scheduled showings, assisted with showings, communicated with the buyers agents often but this was never a problem. The service from the Colorado agent was fairly skimpy and frustrating at times. Telephone communication had issues. The main office quickly addressed our concerns and we were treated royally to the end. Having the MLS listing made a big difference on our exposure and brought in the buyers/buyers agents.
