Only good things to say...
Good service, great value for money, excellent chair for post hip replacement operation. It’s the only chair I’ve been comfortable in since surgery 1 month ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation. The standard size is quite neat so doesn’t take up too much space. The only extra I chose was the anti- pressure cushion and it seems to work well. All good, thank you Homecarechairs.

Your chair was collected from ourselves on 23rd and is in XDP's system. Panic buying for Christmas and Covid (isolating drivers) are playing havoc with all delivery systems. We and our delivery partners will do all we can to expedite your delivery. Thank you for your patience

Chair took just over 3 weeks to arrive…
Chair took just over 3 weeks to arrive despite my message to advise them it was urgently needed. Customer service was poor did not ring back on 3 occasions after promising to. I asked on the Friday for it to be delivered as soon as possible the next week and was allocated the very last slot of the next week. Will not be using again. 😕

Good afternoon, 90% of our chairs are urgent and we manage to satisfy most customers needs. There are industry wide shortages that are affecting all upholstery companies. Standard delivery times throughout the industry are around 5 -6 weeks. Ours are usually 7 days but we have had to push things back to 2 to 3 weeks. We are care providers and do all we can to serve our customers; care homes, home-carers, the elderly and rehabilitation users . We have not closed our doors to 1 customer over these difficult times and many thank us for this.
We always ring back when we have an answer to the question posed.
The soonest possible delivery was the Friday and you would have had the last slot because you are in Hull, the furthest East from us, it was not the last slot of the week as we were in Scotland the day after.
A disappointed customer is an exceptional event for us and I am sure that if you returned as a customer you would have a better experience

The chair was for an elderly parent…
The chair was for an elderly parent recently discharged from a spell in hospital and needing a living room seat which afforded far better posture than the previous one. The chair was discovered on-line after a considerable search and met the challenging brief of being functional, attractive and affordable. We are very pleased with the selection and consider it to represent very good quality at the price. Thank you for your prompt service and helpful delivery.

The chair is excellent and quite modern…
The chair is excellent and quite modern looking unlike a lot of this type of chair.
The only thing I think they could improve is letting you know the progress of the chair manufacture and delivery schedule.

Would highly recommend
High quality, comfortable chair which assists frail elderly person to move more easily from sit to stand. Good range of design options on sizing and also on being able to select pressure relief cushion , which is quite firm. Also possible to buy a spare cushion which is useful.
Delivered within the expected three week timeframe although we had to prompt for the actual delivery date.
Delivery driver was very helpful and also phoned an hour prior to arrival.

Beautiful chair
Beautiful chair, well made and as described for a very reasonable price. The choice of seat height was particularly good for my mother who is quite small.
We particularly salute the delivery driver who drove his van down narrower rural roads than he was expecting to deliver the chair!
