Very sweet and very professional cleaners. They have our best recommendations

Jeg havde brug for en grundig fraflytningsrengøring, og de leverede virkelig over forventning! Alt blev rengjort: ovn, køleskab, kalk i badeværelset, vinduer, lister – intet blev overset. Lejligheden var spotless, og jeg fik hele mit depositum tilbage uden problemer. Super professionelle og punktlige. Jeg anbefaler dem til alle, der skal flytte!

Super disappointed - they charged over 4000 kr for 4 hrs move-out clean (2 cleaners) and the cleaning was incredibly poor. The shower was seemingly untouched, the walls and floors were not cleaned at all, the limescale was barely removed. The only thing close to ok was the oven, which also needed extra cleaning afterwards. 3 hours into the cleaning the cleaners asked me what to prioritise even if I had sent the priority list a couple days in advance. I also complained directly and they made no effort to rectify the situation, blaming it on my apartment being too dirty. This is such a cheap excuse for a cleaning company. You had photos in advance, 8 combined cleaning hrs and the apartment was actually not that dirty either, as I had already pre-cleaned it in preparation. When people pay 4300 DKK for a professional cleaning service, you should be better equipped and not say you could not remove the limescale in the shower because you did not have the right products (which is what the cleaner said). There was also a missing screw from the kitchen sink drain that I had to replace, the suction filter was both unclean and broken after the clean, but the cleaner said not too worry because the management company will need to replace those anyway. I of course got charged off of my deposit for these too.
I can go on and on but honestly, it's not worth more of my energy.
All in all, a horrible experience and I felt scammed at the end of it. Stay away.

We've used Home Clean Cph a few times. We were lucky to have Monica and Susan last time. We specifically booked them again today, they did an excellent yet again! Excellent service and good cleaning :)

Aflyste dagen før juleaften, efter rengøringen skulle være påbegyndt. Begrundelsen var at den ene person der skulle være her var blevet syg. Hvorfor den anden person ikke dukker op og gør rent i den tid vi har bestilt og betalt for melder historien ikke noget om. Kun at de kan komme ud d. 30./12 i stedet for. Efterfølgende er det ikke muligt at komme i kontakt med dem. Og så undrer det mig også at chefen ikke smøger ærmerne op og kommer ud og hjælper med at klare opgaven.

Not perfect, but good enough. Louis and his colleague (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name) worked very hard, without breaks and they followed my indication /request with politeness and kindness.

Der kom to personer og de fik rengjort hele min lejlighed, overflader, støvsugning, gulvvask, tog alt skraldet med sig og fik endda bugt med kalken på badeværelset ... stor success.

Compared to our last cleaning service, we do not feel the cleaners did as good of a job. There were still dust clumps in the bedroom, the cabinets were not wiped down in the kitchen or bedroom, and they arrived 30 minutes late. On top of this they knocked down a painting. We booked a longer session today because of how well the previous one went. That was a sadly a mistake.

Home Clean CPH is very thorough, reliable and professional. We have been very happy with the cleaners who come every 2 weeks. The cleaners are kind and do a great job!

Home Clean Cph did an amazing job on my "move-out" cleaning with my apartment - both cleaning the apartment and the windows. They were quicker than I had expected and showed amazing attention to detail. I also appreciated the fact that they communicated regularly with me before and during the cleaning process.
