This is a long review but I feel is totally deserved

My wife and I are chuffed we chose Homecoenergy to do the work - from quotation through to completion the process was handled with attention to detail, care and the utmost professionalism.

As a previous project manager you could say my selection process was thorough - it needed to be as the investment in a large system of 34 panels and three Tesla Powerwalls is significant. The process included eight companies - several seriously over promised, talked nonsense and tried to baffle the customer with science rather than straight talking simplicity. None of this applied to Homecoenergy.

Our project manager Jake deserves particular mention. He not only answered all my numerous questions ( and there were far too many!!) with courtesy and plain English but more importantly never made the mistake of over-selling the system, the company nor himself. Jake has always done what he has said he'd do and when he promised he would do it. This quiet confidence in the quotation process was backed up by his and Lucas' hard work during the installation. Special mention should also go out to the scaffolding company who treated our home, but more importantly our garden, with care. Again they turned up when promised and took the time they stated they would need. And our electricians were simply superb. We built our home a few years ago and I was paranoid about letting anyone alter it in any way. Their work was not only neat and orderly, thereby satisfying a client that is difficult to please, but they cleaned up after they finished. This was accomplished to such an extent that there was no trace of their presence other than a great looking set of Tesla Powerwalls. Not only did I appreciate it but so did my wife - massively so and more than you might imagine. Well done to one and all.

Many people probably do not observe those they are working with as I do. Over many years I have become used to watching how people perform their role. Everyone on our project had an exemplary work ethic but just as important was their attitude and the pride they take in a job done as it should be.

Do not hesitate in including Homecoenergy in your shortlist of companies to consider. They were not the lowest priced but as the saying goes …. The quality remains long after the price has been forgotten. I have no hesitation in giving them a review on Trustpilot which is something I rarely if ever do.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Good communications and all appointments kept to time. Installation team and electricians worked diligently and carefully informing me what was happening at every stage and left the area exactly as they found it. No fuss. No mess. Solar panels working very well. Overall a great experience.

From the start to finish, Homeco provided us with appropriate information about what will happen during the installation process. Every single information they provided was accurate. They were friendly and respectful. No damage was done to property or people. Thank you everyone !

Home Eco arrived on time and took their time with the job they did run into a few issues during installation but the sparky stayed longer and ensured all was okay, communicated with us when they needed to turn electric off and tidied up after themselves. Great friendly team

Workmen were polite, friendly and efficient. They came when agreed, cleaned up after they had finished and did a very good job.

On seeing my neighbours solar panels fitted by Homeco I was very impressed. So on the 22/9/25 Homeco fitted solar panels for myself including a large capacity battery. From the survey to the scaffolding followed by the fitting, which included 2 electricians and two fitters, everything went smoothly with a exceptionally good neat job that was completed in a day. On the occasions I have had to contact the company, they have been very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Homeco without hesitation. They are professional, reliable and do a good neat job.

We recently had solar panels fitted by Home eco. The installation was smooth and trouble free. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient in their part they had to do. They were respectful and polite. Any question asked was answered fully. It was also good that at the end of the work they cleared all the rubbish and took it away. Marion Beech

The lads were courteous and friendly. Very professional. They fitted the solar panels in around 4 hours and then cleaned up after themselves.

Staff were good and cleaned up after them told me what they were doing and the electrician worked without a break for 4 hours to get the job done which was not easy as he had not much room to fit the wires in
