Do not ever use this service. It only got me 1 lead over a months time and the team didn’t give me any extension or refund. It cost me over 3K and I didn’t get one job from it. Terrible customer service and these guys are scammers.

Ultimately what we care most about is outcome, so this weighed more than the other factors. So 2/5. What made it 1/5 was the reply to my concerns.

the first reply was in stating that “you are first and foremost paying for a service”, which is insulting. If I wanted a service only- id pay my friend Jesse to do it. A professional service is what was expected. Return on investment is what was expected- certainly more than one lead.

Im a pretty easy going guy and working in the trades I do understand that sometimes scope may not meet customer expectations. We eat thousands of dollars every year righting our wrongs because it’s the right thing to do. That’s because our clients expect a specific outcome. It’s very simple. We don’t just point at the contract and say sorry but you paid for a service, not an outcome. Testimonials and reviews infer a positive outcome- not a net negative one (financially) so this reply was disappointing to say the least.

I gave multiple opportunities and weeks to make the situation right. I’ve written maybe 3 negative reviews in my life so it wasn’t easy putting this together.

Nice guys, but either you can provide results or you cannot- and in competitive areas in the country, they cannot.
