Home from Home Dog Boarding Agency Limited Reviews

Home from Home did a great job of matching us with a choice of boarders for our dog. They communicated promptly and the couple we chose were perfect. The boarder gave us lots of updates while we were away, having checked how much communication we’d like. Our dog was very happy, loved and very well cared for. A big thank you from us.

As usual excellent service and excellent carers, my two dogs thoroughly enjoyed their weekend away with Margaret and Martin. Knowing they were so well cared for my our weekend away more enjoyable

Excellent service and just delightful people. My dog went to Stella and James and she was so well cared for.
They are such a lovely couple. Took her for loads of walks and I can't express my thanks enough. I would thoroughly recommend Home from Home and obviously Stella and James and if I need to have my dog cared for again, I would not hesitate to use this company and most importantly request Stella and James.

Fantastic welcoming person who genuinely loved dogs. Had a good plan for shady dog walks in the heat at the time.

HomefromHome is very easy to deal with - I have been using the company for many years and it has never failed to find me a suitable carer, even when the notice was quite short.

My elderly golden retriever has just returned from his most recent holiday with Jackie and Charlie, who have showered him with affection and attention, which he has much appreciated, been hugely patient and understanding when he spits out his tablets and sent me lovely videos throughout.

Knowing he was in caring and capable hands who kept us informed of how he had settled in, offering us reassurance etc

We recently had our dog Murphy stay with Sue for a long weekend. The staff at Home from Home were very efficient in finding us a dog carer (it was quite short notice) and Sue was fabulous 👌 She kept us updated with photo's and videos of Murphy whilst we were away and we felt happy to lea e him in her care.

Angie did a great job of looking after Rosie again. Angie loves having Rosie and Rosie loves going there.

I've got a really good sitter who knows my dog and keeps me up dated.

repeat booking with same outstanding service. Highly recommended for dog care when you are travelling.

We recently had Christopher look after our German Shepherd. I can’t recommend him enough. He was brilliant with our dog. He kept us informed whilst we were away with how she was doing & sent us photos of her regularly. We have not left our dog this long before, however when we went to pick her up you could see she had been well looked after and had enjoyed being with Christopher. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

Alison was super yet again

Well organised , efficient and helpful

Used them multiple times now. Always a great experience and out Westie Winston loves his time too. HFH are thorough with safety and make sure to vet everyone. You get to meet the carers before and check you for well. Great price and wonderful experience every time!

Our dog has stayed with his hosts several times now. They know his quirks and foibles and are still happy to host him.
During the recent very hot weather they have looked after him exceptionally well, even taking him out for a walk at 5.30am.

You put me in touch with Natalie one of your one 2 one dog carers and as soon as we met I was more than satisfied that leaving my dog with her for a week would be worry free for me. She made a point of giving me daily updates with video so I could see that my dog was well looked after and happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone.

Booking with Home from Home is efficient. Communication with the agency over the years has been amazing.

This is the first time Benji was on his own after Kaylem's passing and the first time in 2 years that we have left him with anyone. We cannot be happier with Jackie and Charlie. We were sent videos and updates and they showed that our terrified boy had settled better than we thought he would. His "excited spinning" and walking with his favourite toy in the videos were evidence of him being content with his carers. We cannot thank Jackie and Charlie enough for giving Benji the time and space to settle in his own time considering his timid nature. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

Great service and very easy to use. Comforting to know my puppy was looked after so well while I was away.
Highly recommend using this service.

Home from Home really took the time to understand my golden retriever’s needs and find carers who could meet them. They asked thoughtful questions and kept me informed throughout. They also helped me find someone great even at quite short notice. Our dog had a lovely time with Sarah and her family, and she kept us updated with photos throughout. Highly recommend!
