UPDATE: wake every morning to yet another stupid email from HOMEGADEN saying we have not received your package: this is absolutely not true!!..it was sent several weeks ago and I have repeatedly sent them the information. Added to the 67.79 us cost of the garbage they sent is the cost of mailing back to them and lo and behold they have not been able.to find it.. big surprise! I seriously feel it is a ploy to get out of refunding my money.. they went so far as to tell me they refunded 39$ and attached a blurred tiny band on the email with a supposed track number for the refund..total lie as nothing was sent to me. Keep seeing more and more advertisements with the same images of the garments I ordered with a different company name so be very wary of ordering from China. I am Still trying to get a refund from this crap company. I ordered 3 items and one was a chunky knit sweater but what I got was a cheap fleece garment that was nothing like what I ordered. I immediately canceled the balance of my order and I sent it back and I know it has arrived but they keep saying it hasn't.. finally they said yesterday they refunded me but amount quoted was half what I paid and I continue to demand my 67$usd refund.. no transfer has been issued even though they tried to convince me with a fake receipt for transfer..total garbage company..stay very far away..they steal other companies' images for products to sell and simply send garbage. Never ever order from this company!

Product doesn't fit, it's supposed to be Small size but it would fit a pregnant woman. When I asked about refund, they kept emailing and asking for order number (it was in the original email clearly visible) and other information back and forth until the 15-day mark passed, and then they said they don't refund after 15 days. Unbelievable. Scammers!

Received my items eventually - way, way after they say. Anyway, total rubbish - I ordered a pair of 'Vintage Turquoise Earrings' and a knitted cardigan/jacket. Both items looked very nice indeed in the photographs, but what arrived was a very, very poor copy. I did a Google Image search on the original images and sure enough - they do exist. Kaffe Fasset is a US designer living in England and has FABULOUS stuff - with a price to match. They copied the photos on his website. AND the earrings came from the QVC website! So there you go, total scam. I've sent them back the karma they deserve (not going to waste my time trying to return the items).

The top sent bears no relationship to advert photo.
It was a very poor copy of the one in the photo, using very heavy synthetic material.
I was unable to get a return address until Pay Pal intervened on my behalf. I was offered a 25% discount not to return. What would I do with it ? I wouldn't insult a charity shop with such rubbish.
I have now returned it at the cost of £11 to the address they eventually gave me in China. An expensive lesson, never to use Face book adverts.
BEWARE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME.I wonder if I will ever get the refund.

Horrible quality. Nothing shipped to me came even close to what I say on line. Shame on me for not researching this company first.

Wish i read reviews before ordering jacket nothing like the photo and i mean nothing it looks like a cardi my gran might have worn will give to charity shop not worth the hassle of returning hope more people read reviews prior to ordering

I also fell for them! They will take your money in return for trash.They will not refund under any circumstances. Its terrible! And I waitet for months to recive the package!

Absolutely awful. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering but perhaps we all reacted to ads in the same timeframe as it took months for the sweaters to arrive and as others state they are nothing like what was ordered. Colour different to that described, extremely poor quality, and sizing incorrect (Medium more like XL). Emailed to request return - strange returns procedure to have to request return address etc - but no response. About to try again.

une étoile pour ces voleurs des temps modernes. Une commande de 4 articles ( vêtements en laine) arrivés sur 3 mois par paquet tous les 20 jours et au final des torchons que l´on ne peut même pas offrir a des associations caritatives tellement la qualité , la forme et les copies sont exécrables. Nous sommes si nombreux a témoigner de cette grosse arnaque qu´il doit bien y avoir un moyen d´arrêter ces escrocs!!! Si quelqu´un a une petite idée je suis preneuse .

Similar experience to many others here. This is a total scam -the product received looks nothing like the one pictured when I bought it. So disappointing and then to send it back, you have to post it to China. Beware!

Appalling company! I bought a cardigan from them. The photo was of a beautiful woollen jumper. The item I actually received was poor quality POLYESTER!!!
They have refused to refund my money.
Totally immoral company. Don't go near them!!!

Well don't know why I expected anything else really than the trash I received.
What on earth is the material they use, its nothing like the picture.
I can't get a returns from them as all they keep saying is they can't find my order.

Why they are allowed on Facebook selling this trash is beyond me.

Guess ill give it to the dog to sleep on then.

Do not buy from them. It is a scam. They probably also operate other homepages. They sell the same items. If you are lucky to receive what you ordered, the items do no look at all like the pictures and they are not worth your money. Do not buy from them. They also send from China, it take more than 2 months and on top of that you probably will have to pay duties. WATCH OUT!!!

This site is a scam! You do not receive what is photographed; you may get something that tries to mimic it in a cheaper material. And it doesn’t make financial sense to return items to China so you’re stuck with whatever you order. I received 2 pairs of leggings that look and feel like part of a Halloween costume rather than wearable clothing. It took 30 days to receive my order, and yet I only get 7 days to return items.

I ordered two sweaters, received one shoddy, thin shirt that bore no relationship to the picture, and the other item never arrived. I contacted the seller and they offered me 15% to keep the one item. Then I started my dispute with PayPal. The seller then offered 25% which I also rejected. After several other rounds of going back and forth with the seller and PayPal I eventually got a full refund. Keep fighting so you can get your money. I was very clear in all my communications that I expected PayPal to do something about this seller since they are totally scamming people.

1 ordered 4 lovely jumpers, they looked wonderfully knitted, the photos you could tell they were knitted as you could see the ribbing and the fibres. I paid for fast delivery from China, 3 items arrived at different time, well after the fast delivery date, still waiting the 4th, 2 months on. All the items are printed polyester and sewn and finished really badly they look noting like the original. Totally unacceptable customer service, badly made clothes that are nowhere near what the real ones look like, Please don't waste your money I am out of pocket £104.00, still awaiting a refund, cost me £29 to return these to China, and yet they arrived here via royal mail with Walsall address? Wish i could upload the photos to show you all, so don't touch with a barge poll. They have not answered my emails, total scam. BEWARE!!!!!!!
