Poor customer service
My biggest issue was poor communication. I never received any update advising that the walker/transport chair I ordered was back ordered to November. I placed the order believing it was in stock and needed it ASAP. I had to call them to get an update. The only reason I knew about the back date was because I called them. It was once I called that I was advised. They never initiated contact. I did. They processed the payment from my credit card even though the walker was not available right away. That is poor customer service. They did resolve the issue once I complained but it should never have taken a complaint to be advised of the status of my order. I would not recommend them and will not buy from them again.

We’re sorry that the initial update took longer than it should have.
Your order was placed on October 9, and on October 15 we advised you that the expected restock date was November 16. That same afternoon, our team offered an available Airgo Fusion rollator/transport chair as an alternative so you would not have to wait for the original model. This replacement rollator is a 800$ walker and one you purchased was a 460$ walker.
When you explained that you could not pay any additional amount, we confirmed that evening that we would provide the upgraded model at your original purchase price, absorbing the price difference ourselves.
We accept your feedback about the timing of the initial communication. However, we also believe it is important to acknowledge the responsive service that followed: several email exchanges that afternoon, an available alternative, and an upgrade at no extra charge.
While we respect your decision about future purchases, we stand behind the effort our team made to resolve the issue promptly once the availability concern was raised.

Product back ordered but no reach out to inform customer
I placed my order on Oct. 10, 2026 and had not received any notification that described the method of delivery or the date. After roughly two weeks, I contacted the company to ask about the order status only to be informed that my purchase was back-ordered and wouldn't be available until Nov. 16th. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund which was promised verbally and in writing. Clearly, some notification from the company about the back order status should have been provided without me having to contact the company.
