Homeinc Reviews

They were very professional and you can tell they do care about their clients.

Best experience ever working with this company. Fast reliable & very professional!

An awesome and reputable company. Love working with them!

As an independant contractor, I've worked with this company several times over the years. It has always been a smooth experience with clear communication and expectations of what was needed on my end. I have always been able to get information when needed and trust doing business with this company.

Homeinc is easy to work with and their communication is excellent. You won't regret your experience with them.

Great working with HomeInc. Very professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Our company has done hundreds of closing transactions with the team at Homeinc. Their sellers and buyers have been beyond satisfied with every single experience. The team's follow-up and attention to detail is amazing! We highly recommend Homeinc to anyone that is interested in buying or selling.

I wanted to sell my house for 400,000.00 they tried to low ball offer me 375,000.00 when I said no to that and asked for a cancelation contract they then want to go back to the original offer they are lying manipulators don't ever do business with them !!

Home Inc team was knowledgeable through the process, Serge was great

Selling my home to Homeinc was the best decision! Owen made the process quick and easy, and they handled everything for me. Highly recommend!

What a great Company! They really were able to close on my house in just 3 weeks! I though no one would even want to buy my house with all the damages it had. Thank you Homeinc for being there for me every step of the way.

I had no idea selling a home could be soo easy and stress free. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with HomeInc, and I am beyond impressed with their service. From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me. The process was seamless. I’ve worked with other companies in the past, but HomeInc stands out for its excellent customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend HomeInc.

Christian and Jose were extremely helpful in the process of selling my home! Homeinc provides a quick and easy closing solution.

Love to buy from Homeinc, they always deliver my properties in a timely fashion and as advertised.

Worked with Sebastian Homeinc. We needed to sell our home fast and Sebastian was able to get us a fair cash offer and handle the process with ease. I highly recommed Homeinc if you need to quick hassle-free approach

Christian Mas and Jose Cintron at home inc are shady people you do not want to work with. If they call RUN. They will offer you what you need to hear in order to get your home under contract, drag their feet through the due diligence process and then get you to sign an extension based on good faith and home inc needling time to “get the deal done” only to find out the only reason they are not moving forward with transaction is because of price which was approved prior to going to contract. I was told the very last day of due diligence, via text message, that they were not moving forward because “they missed comps”. This took them 25 days to figure out and during due diligence when I asked for status updates I was told all is good. Very shady people and company. Please do not do business with them if you don’t have to.

Mauricio is the best agent at Homeinc. He worked so well with me on selling my home. I had a few complications with my home however Mauricio worked with me. He would stay at the office late just to make sure we got the job done. He's patient, honest, respectful, knowledgable, and funny! If you're looking to sell your house u highly recommend calling Homeinc and asking for MAURICIO!!! He's the man!! Will work with you to mane sure you are happy with your decision

Beware of this company. They offer you a contract for an "as Is" house, and send a person out with the contract and they take pictures and videos of your house, yard and HVAC system. When it comes to the inspection time to end, they call you and recind their offer and offer alot less, stating, cost of construction went up, the housing market has changed for the worse etc, I would never do business with Homeinc
