Not legit company, possibly a Scam. Goods not received and no refund in sight.
I should have known this company was not legit when I never received a Confirmation email after placing an order and paying HKD5129 in full on Feb 20th 2026. 3 weeks later the 2 items ordered had still not arrived. Finally 1 of 2 items arrived in HK March 5th, and it was the WRONG item. When I emailed them, they said they were still checking internally. Shouldn't the company rectify their mistake and send the correct item to my address immediately? I am still HKD 5129 short and have not received any of my originally ordered items. They should issue a REFUND but instead send emails asking for more "time". Total waste of time!!!! NOT a LEGIT Company. Please avoid.

Do not trust this company
Ordered a heated blanket as wanted to buy it in HK. Had email back and forth - seemed genuine. Turns out it is now coming from US, meaning that I will have to buy a voltage converter in order to use it in HK. Was not told that or given the option to cancel my order. Have now been told that the only way I can get a refund is to refuse delivery. The order was placed and paid for on 02 Nov - I am still awaiting delivery. Have called the number on the website but she was extremely unhelpful. It seems I might have been scammed out of my $2500 - very disappointed with sales service and follow up customer service.

Beware of purchase electronic devices
HomeLoft sells US-standard electronic devices to Hong Kong customers without appropriate disclosure and warnings. Purchased goods in May 2024 and received them in delay sometime in June 2024. When I opened the box in mid-July, I noticed the device is of US-standard with 100-120 voltage and not suitable for Hong Kong use without stepdown converter. HomeLoft refuses refund/return and claims this refund request was received beyond their 14-days return policy. I have made it clear that the product is unused, in its original packaging.

There is good response to our queries on delivery. The short coming is that delivery is slightly later than what was originally said and that there appears to be some-one who obtained the information on delivery and started making fake demands under the pretext of duties and other charges associated with delivery.

Do not give them your money
TLDR: Sent product back and they did not refund
I bought an induction stove from their Hong Kong site. Turns out the stove is unusable in Hong Kong due to voltage difference, which they did not mention on their product page.
I reached out to ask for a refund.
After countless negotiations that spanned a few weeks, they finally agreed to refund the full product and reimburse part of the cost for return shipping. Even asked for my bank account details so that they could transfer me the return shipping fee.
I shipped the product back.
They DID NOT refund me any of the return shipping (which, by the way, costs as much as a brand new induction stove).
I asked them about it and they said they no longer can refund me for the shipping cost. After showing them their own email saying that they promised to refund me, they said they will now give me a gift voucher (which upon testing on their website, is nonexistent).
I have given them every opportunity to make this right but they kept lying to me.
I can only conclude that this company is a scam.

The delivery took a long long time, but the product received were fantastic and intact. Very grateful. Thank you!
If there’s 0 star I would give it
If there’s 0 star I would give it - they sent a can open that is faulty there’s smoke coming out. Contacted them for a refund but they deadass sent us another shipment that we NEVER asked for it. Very irresponsible and suspicious, tried to call their CS and no one respond I believe this is some sort of spam company. We need a refund, we don’t need another faulty item that we never asked for.

Unfortunately, what I purchased was broken on arrival but the company responded immediately and have arranged to send me a replacement.

Good company for ordering kitchen products at reasonable transport cost.
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Avoid them. They took my money in 2019, sent me a coffee grinder that was only for use in North America due to voltages. Had me send it back to them and then did not give me my money back. To cap it all, six days ago they posted a note on TrustPilot to say they had been in touch and resolved it with me. Have they heck as like. :(
UPDATE Dec 2022: Now they claim they refunded my money in 2020 but I can find no record of that in my bank account, they can’t produce any evidence and certainly didn’t tell me at the time. In addition I spent £30 sending the product to the USA (at their request) which they haven’t refunded either. :(
