Polite and friendly crew. Did exactly what was agreed but also flexible for changes along the way.

Everything from the initial contact and home visit, to the end of the move, went smoothly. The house and our stuff was well cared for. I would highly recommend the team at Homemaster.

Turned up early and straight into moving our furniture,lovely lads,they moved my sister and family, my mum and ourselves into our new properties ,i dont have anything bad to say about them. Well worth every penny.will definitely recommend them.

They even dismantled my complicated bed, with incorporated ottoman, and reassembled it perfectly - brilliant! They also took great care to ensure all surfaces were protected during the move.

Definitely take Daniel's advice if he recommends avoiding a same day pick up and drop off. We didn't get our keys until 4.30 and that was stressful enough without factoring in removals.

I have used Homemaster Relocations 3 times over the last 13 years and every time have been impressed by their professionalism, level of communication and the care they take when moving items. Most recently Homemasters moved furniture from Shrewsbury to two different locations in Newcastle upon Tyne for me and their organisation and delivery was excellent and speedy. Daniel kept me fully informed as the arrangements were made and he was happy to phone me even on a Sunday evening.

Daniel and team were wonderful to my family and I. They made a stressful time much easier to cope with through high quality and flexible service. Our move to Gloucestershire was complicated and included moving a large kiln. The guys were positive, adaptable and highly professional at all times. Would recommend to all based on our excellent experience.

Have used Homemaster for over 30 years, they have assisted in both my work and home moves. The service provided has always been excellent in every respect. My home move last December was particularly difficult and the completion date had to be moved a number of times. Homemaster were fantastic and fitting in with all parties and managed to make the whole business much less stressful than it would otherwise have been.
I would not consider using any other removal firm.

We first used Homemaster in 1997 on the advise of a friend ….thank goodness for that suggestion. Since then they have moved us or our family, provided storage and then re delivered it to us on numerous occasions.

We have known Dan since he first started with Elwin all those years ago Now he is running the show. Always with a smile and always endeavours to fit in with our timings

The last move was a two part delivery from storage to two homes picking up other stuff along the way. They left Pontesbury at 5.30am and got home 450 miles later at 9pm. Job done…happy customers.

From start to finish Dan and his lads were fantastic, very professional, he delivered what he said he would. We kept the lads in coffee and cakes which they appreciated as well. I have recommended him and his company to the mother in law and sister in law which they are moving them as well.
