I would make this less than 1 star if I could! Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. No order update at all. No sign of my order. No contact number to call them so have sent 3 emails now asking for an update. No reply. Luckily I paid with Klarna who I have now raised a case with in the hope they can help.
Not sure where the positive reviews have come from as I’m doubtful this company is legitimate.

That this firm markets itself as a family firm and you’ve joined that family when you purchase from them, I find their complete silence in response to 3 emails from me quite baffling, so I’m posting here as they seem to respond on trustpilot.

An hour and 20 minutes after putting my order in on Monday evening (which was outside office hours anyway) I emailed in response to my order confirmation to say that I’d forgotten to use the 10% first order discount and could they please advise whether I should cancel and order again to include it or whether they could reimburse. Now, my bad, small company, I’d understand if they’d replied to say no can do but there was no response at all. When I didn’t hear after 2 days I emailed again, and then received the confirmation it was in the post. Fair enough-but still no acknowledgement of either email.

I then received the item, and whilst it looked good the reason I’d purchased the mini robe from the beach collection was because it said on the website that they now had pockets - mine does not. So I emailed again to ask why that was-and again, no response, just more generic marketing emails from Frances the owner about how I’m part of something special. Their customer services does not make me feel special, unfortunately! Do they not check their Gmail junk mail perhaps??

All in all given the high price point for this item, it’s not left me feeling joyous about the purchase, and I’m unsure whether to even return it for a refund due to the lack of pockets as I’m not sure I believe whether I’ll get one given the lack of email acknowledgment to all 3 emails.

Awful experience! I ordered 9 days ago for it to be here in time for my to fly back with it a sa goft for my friends wedding. Confirmation of purchase only! No updates nothing. I have sent 3 emails and 1 instagram message. No replies and have now left the country withoutthe product after paying £100! Bad customer service

Seems they only respond to public complaints.

Bought a Stephanie full length dressing gown for my partner after first wash its faded and looks years old. Very disappointing as it wasn't exactly cheap costing over €100 delivered.

I recently placed an order for the Felicity Pink Mini robe and towel bundle. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but I was quickly contacted and given the option to either wait for new stock or choose a replacement. I really appreciated being given that flexibility and great customer service.

As I needed it for an upcoming holiday, I opted for a replacement, I’m so glad I did! It has now arrived and I absolutely love it. The fabric is thick without being heavy, and the quality feels excellent. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I’ve noticed a few negative reviews mentioning colour fading after washing, but the website clearly advises washing on a cold cycle. From what I’ve seen (and read in other reviews), as long as you follow those instructions, the colour holds up perfectly.

I’ll definitely be ordering the longer robe in the near future and will be recommending House of Hammam to all my family and friends!

Good dressing gown but the colour ran as soon as I washed it once for over £100 for a dressing gown this is unacceptable. Still waiting for a response for the customer service rep and if I don’t hear in the next couple of days I will go to my bank like below and also take it further to trading standards. Looking forward to resolving this amicably otherwise I will pursue.

My favourite robes ever!! As a size UK22/24, I wear the 20+ robes - I quite simply can't go a day without wearing one. I get really hot and bothered usually in robes but these are breathable cotton, insanely comfortable and gorgeous styles. I also can't wait to take away on holiday with me, would highly recommend!!

Love love love my home of hammam robes, and cannot stop buying them 🤣 They wash so well (make sure it’s a cold wash) and are so soft. They make lounging around the house fashionable! Have bought lots as gifts as well and everyone else loves them too!

Absolutely love my HOH robe. I take it away with me on all my holidays as it’s the perfect accompaniment to wear around the pool and on the beach. High quality and I need to add another to my collection!
