Ho acquistato un cuscino imbottito, scegliendo il tutto affinché non mi facesse male a causa dei miei problemi legati alla MCS (sensibilità chimica multipla). Inizialmente non avevo ricevuto una mail di conferma dell'ordine, per cui avevo iniziato a preoccuparmi. Ho contattato il numero di telefono della pagina facebook e da lì ho avuto il piacere di parlare con la titolare e con una ragazza che mi ha seguita molto bene fino alla fine. Il cuscino poi è arrivato, ottima qualità. Sono molto soddisfatta!

I purchased wool stuffing. Ease of communication with someone to assist with questions, was timely. Due to being out of town for the delivery which required a signature for receiving, the package eventually was returned however, I reached out to customer service for assistance. They monitored the return status and kept me posted. When the package has been stuck in limbo, customer service got a replacement shipped to me. Awesome customer service.

Fraudulent company with false advertising, please don't waste precious money. Our 100% wool mattress that we paid $3k for went moldy after only 4 months, we followed all care instructions precisely. I asked for a refund as we have mold allergies and I needed to dispose of the mattress. They were dismissive and refused, just telling me to clean the mattress which doesn't remove mold. I emailed and phoned HOW many times prior to purchasing, and they pushed me to buy the most expensive thickest mattress with the most expensive wool ticking, claiming it was the healthiest option and anti dust and mold, and suitable for my tall husband. In only 4 months the mattress sagged hugely in the middle and became extremely uncomfortable, even though we flipped / rotated every week for 4 months which is more often than the company's recommendation. I have never had such an awful experience, what a huge waste of money. I have had so many different mattresses in my lifetime and NEVER has a mattress gotten moldy. Also NEVER has a mattress sagged so much like this, you are sleeping in a crater. I think it's a normal expectation that a mattress be flat, all other mattresses we had stayed flat even after 10 years.

I am not able to upload photos of the moldy sagging mattress, looks like HOW disabled that function, they must be getting a lot of complaints.

Home of Wool was a great company to work with for our custom cushion. They were helpful, responsive, and made a wonderful product for us!

My wedge is exactly as ordered. It's the classiest looking one around! I probably should have ordered the silk pillow case as the linen is a little rough for sensitive skin :)

Every time I emailed with questions about my order, I always got a detailed and thoughtful response. I felt like the customer service team was attentive and as invested as I was in resolving my delivery concerns.

The product of course is great and I now am getting a good nights rest. The packaging and method of delivery was perfect.

The 3" wool mattress, wool sheets and wool pillows were a challenging online purchase because of the price. But once the they arrived we found the quality far beyond any expectation we might have had. These products are a once in a lifetime investment. Good sleep equals good health. You are worth it!

Given the specifications of the order, the process was very easy. I felt confident making the purchase. My dog is highly allergic to dust mites so getting her a wool bed for her crate was imperative. She loves her new bed and since it’s custom, it fits perfectly. She got a baby blanket too, which she has chewed to death but she loves it.

I wrote a 2 star review of a high contour pillow and the company reached out to me. At first I thought they wanted to address my concerns with the disappointing pillow. That was not their goal. The emails offered no solutions -- for some reason they felt the need to reiterate that the pillow "is what you ordered." And now I keep getting emails asking for a review.

Great mattress well made and very comfortable.

I have had several bench cushions custom made, a custom meditation cushion, yoga mat, bolster, king size mattress pad, floor cushions and the products and experience are superior. These wool products in my mind are healthy, spiritual, and comfortable. As are the employees, and the is the company. I highly recommend Home of Wool for everything they offer. Andy Russell

Love my window seat cushion, it makes the house very cosy. It is the second time that I use Home of Wool. The service is very professional, reliable and they use natural fibers like linen and wool.

it seems my last review only featured my experience with customer service (5 Stars - v. responsive, detailed) - but also want to be sure my review of the product is featured - Home of Wool are forever products - quality from a bygone era - as a first time customer, based on their website and Trustpilot, I bought a queen mattress, a topper, and protectors. Everything arrived this past January 2025 as described and exceeded expectations. I'm amazed that a product like this is still manufactured in this day and age. Additionally customer service caught a mistake I had made in my order and contacted me to discuss with recommendations prior to fulfillment. I plan on ordering more of their products.

We really like this mattress! It is really comfortable and looks so cool! It is nice to find artisans still exist.
