Homes.com is the least service oriented unethical site/business. I have asked them numerous times to remove the “for sale” profile of my current home with all photos still visible when I purchased it five years ago. They replied back saying that it’s public information. I do not believe that the interior of my home is public information, nor is mortgage balance public information. Homes.com could certainly accommodate my request as this visible info on their site serves them no purpose and only leads to fraudulent activity, which I have heard people have used the Homes.com information to utilize for their schemes. Perhaps Homes.com receives revenue for providing our home information to these scammers?!!!

As a real estate agent they continually call me to pay money for leads. I have never once had someone call on my listing from homes.com that is actually looking to buy, it is always spam. I have asked the sale person to be removed from their contact, and they continue to call me. Very frustrating.

This was truly not worth my time or money as an agent. Plus they have the nerve to generate no leads for you but will automatically renew the service if you don’t cancel within 30 days. Don’t do it…👎🏾

Homes.com and Costar have no respect for personal privacy or safety. Grossly irresponsible company that mines obviously personal financial data on homeowners and puts it right at the fingertips of fraudsters on Homes.com. We will never hire any real estate professional associated with them.

DO NOT fall for this scam. I’m locked in for a 200 month for a full year. I wasn’t satisfied 2 weeks in with the service that was promised and they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. They claim they promote you throughout the internet is all bullshit. Predatory greedy company just up and running so they make sure you are locked in with no escape. They assign you to a representative who claims he will be available whenever you need it literally took him 3 days to get back to me. They claim they know your area but live no where close or even have an idea what’s going on. BEWARE of the fine print and don’t get screwed over like I did.

Their platform is terrible for agents! I have recordings of people calling and I hear my voice recording saying to leave a message, but the calls never showed up on my phone. I missed a lot of leads. I thought the website was spamming me by saying "you have a lead, make a profile now." So I wouldn't. Other websites are straight to the point and send the lead with their information directly to the agent. Homes.com says they are the only website that connects the person to the listing agent, but they can't even get that right.

Scammed me out of a significant amount of money. Terrible customer service and no resolution. Don't waste your time if you are an agent or a home buyer/seller.

Absolutely trash product that will fill up your spam folder, trash customer service that will ghost you the minute you tell them you want out and are unhappy with the service.

I have been a real estate agent for over 25 years, and my experience with Homes.com has been incredibly disappointing. I have always been on time with my payments, but recently had to cancel my card due to a scam. Unfortunately, I overlooked updating my payment information. What’s unacceptable is that Homes.com never sent a reminder, notice, or warning that a payment was due or had failed. Instead, they abruptly canceled my website with zero communication. As a result, I lost all of my hard-earned reviews and online presence overnight. Years of work—gone. Now I am forced to start over from scratch, rebuild a website, and try to recover lost clients and income. I attempted to resolve the issue immediately—only 3 days late—but was not given the opportunity to pay and reinstate my account. The customer service I received was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. For a company that serves professionals whose businesses depend on visibility and reliability, this level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other agents before trusting Homes.com with their online presence.

Customer service is horrible. No one seems to care. To high of a turnover rate with representatives. I was promised that my website would continue to be active when they took over homesnap and it was for over 2 years until a saw that they stop supporting it with out telling me a few days ago. Now they still expect for me to pay them the sam monthly payment. This company is a rip off.... No one is welling to stand up for the customer 😒 to make changes or even see that a refund was made. They sent my refund they promise me to someone's else's account . Do not waste your money dealing with these 🤡 s.

Their AI is HORRIBLE. Misleading and does not work. Their ad is misleading.

Only real estate website that displays personal loan information and then refuses to remove that data.

This site sucks, I mean literally the worst site if someone wants to rent something or buy, you’re the worst choice to use. Its nothing but a waste of time because your search engine is ridiculous, not at all accurate and created by someone that is completely incompetent. Your site has nonexistent customer service, or it sucks. Really, I’m shocked you’re still in business. Your site could not suck any worse if you set out to make it suck more. I could give you dozens of examples but im sure this one will suffice. In the search box I typed Artesia, the development name, and I included Sunrise, FL and you morons bring up tons of property, everything BUT what I was actually asking for. So I as I mentioned, I will never use your site again. Completely useless, waste of time results, terrible customer service, completely crooked in that you allow scam addresses to stay posted on your site even when people send messages telling you to remove addresses. I tell everyone I come in contact with, to avoid using your dysfunctional, incompetent, useless, ridiculous site! It’s the worst site online in America today!

UNETHICAL Company. Does not work in the best interest of Sellers, Buyers, or Agents. I emailed them to correct my Seller's property address as they are the only platform that constantly gets it wrong. It took them 8 days after multiple emails!! That can really hurt a Seller on a new listing if someone is searching on Homes site for a particular city and Homes has it listed incorrectly! They didn't care whatsoever about how long it was taking and just kept sending me replies that they were "working on it". I now have another listing up and they changed the city once again. A huge part of our real estate practice consists of being ethical and keeping all matters in the best interest of our clients. Homes.com does none of this. They are only trying to make money off of agents to "showcase" their listings. Again, UNETHICAL as every Seller should get the same representation of their property vs competing with all the large companies that are paying extra for this.

Total scam company! Will keep contacting you with their scam approach to so-called "marketing." They collect your hefty upfront fee, send you crap or scammy leads, refuse to refund even partial funds, leave you outraged, then will wait 6-months before they spam you all over again! 1 Star is too much. 0 Stars is more appropriate.

SCAM, Horrible experience and useless! They charge me a $150.00 a month for basically nothing! My “subscription auto renewed “with no warning! I reached out to rectify the situation, homes.com did nothing.

I was contacted to be a "Premier Agent", I agreed to sign up for a 6 month plan. Monthly my rep called to check in and offer help/advice. Toward end of my contract, I asked rep, Ray, when my contract was up and he told me next month. I told him I wanted to cancel. I noticed a few months later, no calls from him but charges still. NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME OR HELP ME CANCEL

This platform is inaccurate on pretty much everything they post.

Our home is not for sale, yet our full names are disclosed. There is no option to remove your personal information or the interior photos of your home. All other sites allow this. Public record or not, they should not be pulling data from county records and displaying it on their site.
