Just had a bad experience with this company they have sent me the wrong item and won’t let me return it they are basically saying I’m stuck with something that’s no use to me I will never buy from them again. Very poor customer service extremely dissatisfied.

HONATY.com I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. Their products are not of the standard expected and if they have indicated a cheaper price on the website you cannot return them ,even if the product is faulty. I’m sure this is not legal so please heed the warning and avoid.

item fake, no scent looked cheap and nasty, from China.
trying to get a refund but theyve said it was a 'promotional item" therefore no return possible. Pointed put that as its a 'distance selling' item & 'not fit for purchase i am entitled to a recund. Also questioned what AUDI would think about them using its logo on their rubbish items!

Site says delivery is in 7 days. I ordered this item at the start of December and it’s still not here.

Unable to use their track parcel box as no reference number provided. Input the booking batch reference number and doesn’t work.

Says to download the app to track orders. APP DOESN’T EXSIST

I’ve sent an email and used their online contact form. Will update review again with further information

Not Happy on website states delivey with royal mail 7 days WHAT A JOKE . Was part of xmas gifts for family never going to arrive on time . These were ordered on 9th Dec. Shocking Advertisement .

I wonder how the UK law is allowing such companies to operate. Total scam, takes the money and you never hear from them again. AVOID AVOID

Not received my order despite having money taken from my account

Placed order. Money taken from account. No e mails responses. Hold out very little hope, of ever seeing product. Pays your money they take it. Don't buy from these.

The order took a little longer than expected which had me worried as I read the other reviews. I emailed them to ask why I hadnt received anything and for tracking details after 7pm. They replied the following day with an apology and full tracking details. They arrived today and I am more than happy with them. I will definitely be ordering refills. Worth the wait.

After reading the reviews I did not hold out much hope of receiving my item, but it was received, all be it 2 days late. It was exactly as described and I am very happy with it

Received my order today. I was worried they were a scam company as I’d ordered after reading the reviews. And delivery says within 7 days but it took longer. They are actually shipped from china which is why it took so long. I emailed the company not expecting to get a reply. But they did reply saying there had been a delay in despatch due to high demand and they were struggling to keep up with demand. The item looks amazing. Even my husband said that it looks good. So I think I’ll get one for him as well.

Scam… took my money, no confirmation email. No product! Do NOT order from this company!

Placed an order on the 25th of September, which stated express delivery within seven days. I have not received the item and have sent three emails enquiring about when I can expect it all have been ignored.

Do not use this Scam company, no reply on contact e mail, no telephone answering, take your money. You will lose out, left a Facebook comment which was removed.
