I've had some questions for the support team a few times over the past year – and I always have gotten quick, responsive, really friendly, and very thorough answers! They look into the specifics of your account/situation immediately and aren't afraid to take the time to proactively break down the specifics. In my opinion, if a product or website is backed by incredible support, then it's 10x better than one that isn't. Hats off to Nicolai and the team!

As CPO of Vexels and musician myself, I believe music is critical to make a video awesome. We've used HookSounds for our product promo-videos and their tracks, pricing and support is absolutely great. Definitely best music catalogue out there!

I found hooksounds through a content creator recommendation on YouTube and I've been a subscriber for a while. I find the music way more professional than other options, and fact that 100% of the music is designed specifically for content makes a difference for me. Easy to find and organize. Never had a copyright claim, since day one I just put all my channels in my profile and that's it. Support is excellent. Worth every penny! Cheers!

They sent a renewal reminder that went to my spam folder. Literally hours after they charged me at 3am, I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel and would like a refund. They have refused and are forcing me to pay more than $200 for a year of a service I do not want and will not use. Also, the quality of the music is poor, and most of the songs sound the same. I definitely would steer clear of HookSounds.

Purchased an item and after I need support, they didn't care about. On pre sales they tried to force me to buy a one year subscription. Now they don't response anymore. Money is gone, copyright strike came in and no support. Absolutely not recommendable.

Great quality Sounds and quick response when I needed help!

Completely new to making videos, editing, learning about music royalty and all of this. I log on to this site just to browse 'free music' when I get a chat box with a live person to chat with. Nicolai answered a lot of my questions and even help bring more clarity to the media platform world that I'm trying to dip my toes in.
