Hopelessbotanics Reviews

Absolutely love this place - fantastic service, great high quality selection, lovely people who give sage advice on plant care

An item I wanted wasn't in stock so the owner (?) contacted me to let me know and offered me an alternative or a refund. They were accommodating and the delivery was quick. They included something extra to apologise for the inconvenience and I really appreciated it! I will buy from Hopeless Botanics again. Thank you!

Excellent service.
Quick delivery.
Items well packaged.
Personal thank you message inside. That was a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely shop here again.

I ordered neem oil.
Is very good quality. I cured my flowers and they got a new life. They are beautiful, healthy and shiny.

Fantastic workshop with Erin & Jessica. Tremendously enjoyed the 2 hours, and walked out with a gorgeous terrarium and some learnings on the contents. Its an introduction, then a build, with guidance and help all the way - Couldn't recommend it higher!!! Makes for a great gift or even just to treat yourself - GO DO ONE!!!!

Easy website, clear communication, quality product

Wonderful plants, wonderful people. The customer care they give when you go into the place is brilliant. You’ll leave with a lovely plant and nice pot to go with it recommended gently by the shop keeper. The shop’s solidarity with Palestine is a plus!! Lovely to see that Palestinian flag upon entry 💜🇵🇸

Found the plant I was looking for with a very reasonable price.
Package came so well wrapped and the personalised card just made me feel so special.
Highly recomend

This is the second time that I have ordered from Hopelessbotanics - the first time, I was very impressed with the service and this time even more so, from ordering through to delivery, professional, caring and courteous, thank you.

Erin is deadly and knowledgeable and lovely. Love my new pots!

Prompt delivery of order. Will use again

Great product, prompt delivery, easy online ordering. Will definitely use this shop again.

This is a wonderful shop- a treasure trove of beautiful plants and pots. We attended a Terrarium workshop and had a wonderful evening. We booked the workshop as a team event, had some drinks and nibbles whilst building our own terrariums. Everyone had a great evening. Erin is a knowledgeable, engaging and passionate host. Would highly recommend the workshop.

Gorgeous shop. Great selection of plants with clear information to help out beginners like me!

Excellent service. I ordered from the UK for a relative in Kildare. It arrived within a couple of days of ordering and she was thrilled with her gift. Good range of products to choose from at a good price.
