Hopelessbotanics Reviews

Great space with beautiful options available, staff knows what they have in shop and they were very helpful.

Found exactly what I was looking for as a little present. My plant was beautifully wrapped for presentation.
Very healthy plants and good range.

Delivery was super quick and very gentle regarding plant transportation. The plant is in awesome condition, super healthy, and simply beautiful. Also, contact with the company via e-mail was really professional and nice :-)

High praise for Erin and Leanne from Hopeless Botanics. I may be a little addicted to plants and their website. And if I’m going into town I make a beeline for their amazing new shop: plant heaven. Love what they’re all about. 🌸

The sales woman was so helpful in helping me pick out a plant. Also, she wrapped up the plant so nicely.

I have seen first hand how much Hopeless Botanics care about their customers.
The plant that was initially ordered as a gift was unfortunately damaged on arrival - the pineapple had detached from the body of the plant. However, Erin and the team at HB went out of their way to rectify the problem by hand delivering a replacement. Thank you!!!

Great place for tropical plants and amazing pots

Very good and helpful service, mine wasn't a straight forward delivery but communication was excellent and solved all problems 😊

Gorgeous pots and plants. Really happy with my purchase, delivery was speedy and service was excellent - a pot I ordered was actually out of stock but they found a similar pot at no extra cost and rang to check this would be ok before sending it out. Plants were very healthy are growing well in their new home.
Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a Pineapple Plant and a plant pot from Hoplessbotanics. It arrived on time from my selected delivery date on checkout and it was packaged with care. We are delighted with our order and will definitely be ordering again.

Responsive and helpful.

As an interior designer I highly recommend Hopeless Botanics to all of my clients who are looking for beautiful plants, pots and accessories for their home. Erin and Leanne are a pleasure to deal with and incredibly knowledgable about plants, and how to care for them.

It was carefully packaged, and included a greeting card!

Love the plants! They even threw in the larger size plant feed as they didn’t have the one I ordered in stock.

Quality products with fast delivery and easy purchase. Very happy with my experience with hopeless botanics.

I bought this plant for my sister and she was thrilled with it. She sent me a picture and it looked beautiful and healthy. You continue to offer a wonderful service. Thank you.
