Horizon Lets Reviews

We rented with horizon let’s for over 5 years any issues were fixed without hesitation, Chris was a great landlord and really helped us out over the years especially during the pandemic, was sad to eventually leave- would highly recommend over any other letting agents, really easy to get in touch with.

Amazing company, fantastic service, easy to deal with and always helpful when called upon.

Always excellent service from horizon lets they always go above and beyond and if we have any problems they are sorted as quick as they started. We have been with them for a very long time and have no complaints whatsoever we would highly recommend this company.

I can not recommend Horizon Let’s enough, they made my first moving out experience a good one! Andrea & Chris can not do enough for you and sorted any problems out we had as quick as they started. Thanks so much for an enjoyable 12 months guys it was a pleasure!

Excellent service, very responsive and pro active which is unusual to me. They take care in dealing with issues and always provide a very competitive quote for any work required. Thank You and look foward to years you managing my property.

I have had the pleasure of renting a property from Horizon Lets coming on 9 years now and I have to say it has been an amazing experience. My wife and I moved into the property as new and as you can imagine over the 9 years a few minor issues have cropped up like a broken washing machine and a few minor plumbing issues.
The service we received when reporting these issues to Chris and his team was exemplary. Its so refreshing to have a landlord that cares about his tenants and in return we treat the property as our own.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Chris and his team for assisting us during the pandemic.

Really good letting place, grateful for all there help.

A Letting Agent that I would highly recommend. Horizon Lets are always professional in their work, are very landlord and tenant focused and are excellent in their communication.
