Ships from China despite you never being told that, tracking never loads.
Customer services only available at dreadful hours who try to enforce you to close cases. 04:36am is the last email where because I have opened a case they are desperate to help all of a sudden
Item has been out for delivery for 2 days by their own account despite not providing tracking for a UK courier.

I plan to reject at the door as if this is the sales service I can only imagine the after sales.
Reading other reviews they are a company to avoid!!

Ordered massager and halo red light hoof wrap.
The package I received had massager and 2 hoof picks NO red light hoof wrap.
9 x emails later, photos of package delivered sent.. still no red light hoof wrap.
Massager is fab... recommend this.. but buy elsewhere.. this company are nightmare to deal with.
