SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT USE!!!
The item i received looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised on their website. The quality of the fabric was cheap and shiny, the underskirt stiff and 'scratchy' and it also arrived damaged. I paid £79 and you'd be lucky if this cost £10 to make!!
Cannot fault their customer services as they were quick to reply. Was offered store credit for the value of €110 but I wouldn't want to buy anything from here again. I am waiting to see how much they expect me to pay in return costs but I have almost resigned myself to take the loss of my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAMMERS !!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The delivery time was much longer than expected. I placed my order on 30 June, and my dress did not arrive until 16 July. For an online fashion store, this is a very long delivery time.

The biggest issue, however, was the quality. The dress was nothing like I expected for the price. I paid around £80, but the quality was comparable to very cheap products sold on marketplaces such as AliExpress. In my opinion, the dress was worth a fraction of the price, and the product did not match the quality presented on your website.

The return process was also very inconvenient. I was asked to return the dress to China or Brazil, and the return shipping costs and customs fees were extremely expensive. Customers should not have to pay such high costs to return a product that does not meet expectations.

The only positive part of my experience was your customer service. Your team replied to my emails quickly and was polite throughout our communication, and I appreciate that.

However, I would not purchase from your store again unless the product quality, pricing, delivery times, and return process are significantly improved.

The delivery times are very misleading, the quality of the items aren't the same as the images.

The return policies are exteremely overprotective towards the company. Customer has to pay the custom fees to send items from EU to China and the shipping costs. When I ordered it, I did not read the policies and it was a big shock to me. Please be careful ordering from that brand.
