I noticed my VPS had some high latency and reported it. Riyad was quick to respond to my ticket and it was resolved as fast as it could be. I had another issue regarding bandwidth and after talking with Riyad, we decided it was best to move my VPS to another location. Glad I did, it is much better than the other location. Great service, great people!

be careful. This company stole my money. I ordered a hosting, the quality was disgusting. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. My account was just blocked. The money was returned to me only in the bank after I reported the fraud.

the worst service ever i bought a france vps and once i checked IP i found it from portugal i asked for replace and they said we not allow email services even i dont use vps for that...they are indians scammers all they know is this sentence " we dont allow emailing services lol"
dont waste your time and money for this scam service

Really good hosting, servers are fast, ping is small, support is responsive, responds during the day, will help if necessary (needed a replacement for a faster ping, picked up the server and replaced with a better one)

I have purchased a VPS and it came with heavy blacklisted IP by the most trustable Blacklist - Spamhaus.
I've requested a refund and they denied my request, despite the fact I paid for a full year and was not able to use the VPS even for a day.
Stay away from this 'company' they are SCAMMERS!!!
