Super, patient support services for a messy problem renewing a CV SSL on a wordpress website

I use HostDash to host my web site. I had an obscure problem involving redirecting the www subdomain. Several support advisors came back with unhelpful advice. And then Ayu V. came on the scene and completely fixed the problem. He looked at the appropriate configuration file on my system, found the problem, fixed it, and then demonstrated that his fix actually solved the problem. I am very impressed. Thank you Ayu V. and thank you HostDash for employing such helpful people.

I started using HostDash in 2023 and was immediately impressed by the professionalism of their staff and the extremely rapid responses to any queries that I had. I have just upgraded my hosting package with them and, once again, every member of their team has been helpful and very prompt and patient when answering my many questions. The upgrade has gone ahead within just a few hours without a hitch. A fantastic team.

I have had a number of hosting services over the years. And I can strongly advise that the single most valuable asset of any hosting service is service and support. Hands down. And that is a strong suit with Hostdash. A great value provider with excellent support. I trust them with my business. That should say it all!

I'm a very happy customer and would wholeheartedly recommend HostDash for website hosting based on my own experience over recent years. There is excellent customer support available if/when needed, responding fast to tickets and being very helpful. I was very surprised and especially grateful that some files I needed could be restored by HostDash from a server backup, even after several months. You don't need to shop around, HostDash is all you need.

I was looking for the best way to set up a DokuWiki. After researching the best way to set up a DokuWiki I decided on HostDash since everything looked simple and straightforward. I must say it's been a great experience. After signing up I got emails with all the necessary log in information and I could get working on my Wiki right away. Also, I ran into an issue where I broke my wiki after installing an incompatible plug-in. I submitted a ticket to the support team and they had me up and running in no time. It's nice to have that kind of support! The best part is the value, I'm very happy with HostDash as a provider for the Wiki.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Hostdash has been an incredible and refreshing savior in the world of the internet for me. When my previous hosting company, Futurequest, abruptly went out of business, I found myself in a challenging situation with no clear path forward. Thankfully, Hostdash came to the rescue, and they have been absolutely amazing throughout.

It feels like they're a part of my online family, holding my hand every step of the way. While not everything may be 100%, I want to emphasize that it's not Hostdash's fault. I have been hosting with this big "colourful" hosting company for over 6 years. Have had only one issue after the other. A few months ago, they had a major outage and even after a week of back and forth, our websites were all down. We are a media company and hence our news and reviews websites need to be up and running in order to run our business, since our revenues depend on the uptime our our media outlets. We messaged the hosting company on Twitter and we received an automated response. That's when HostDash reached out to us offering a couple of months of free hosting and free migration of all our data onto their servers. When we accepted the offer we were quite apprehensive whether we were getting into another trap. But, that decision to move to HostDash was the right one! It's almost a year now with HostDash and all our websites are performing well. We haven't had any major outages and the support team at HostDash is super friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend HostDash to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.

HostDash is quite comprehensive in their customer service but the HostDash service itself does not support Python/Django. I would really like for these things to be supported.

My previous web host closed doors and I needed a reliable host for my business website right away. HostDash made that happen seamlessly. My website was up and running again within two days and now it works great. I have not tried the Control Panel yet but I expect to be as good as the experience I had so far. Way to go, HostDash!

HostDash was able to migrate our web data from our previous host! Our earlier host had provided good service for a long time, but decided to end their business with very little notice.

During the process, we got excellent step by step instructions telling us what to do to get the new site up and running.

We also got very good help later when we found issues in our code that needed correcting.

I had to transfer my website from a host that went belly up and the transfer went very smoothly. Only a glitch or two that HostDash was quick to get back to me with the solution to my problem.
