Worst Service and Extremely Slow Response
I purchased a domain and hosting from HostSeba, but even after 5-7 hours, they haven't activated my hosting. Their support system is very poor. When I called their customer support, they took a long time to pick up and couldn't provide any proper solution. Their live chat is also extremely slow to respond. As a new customer, I am completely dissatisfied with their service. I wouldn't recommend them if you are looking for quick and reliable service.

I purchased a domain from this provider. Their website listed the price as 999 BDT, and I completed the payment of 1015 BDT, which seemed fine. However, after the payment was successful, I was asked to pay an additional amount.
The pricing was not updated or clearly communicated on their website, and the responsibility of price changes was unfairly put on the customer. This kind of practice can confuse or mislead users.
While the support team responded, the experience left me concerned about transparency. If the company cannot maintain clear pricing, it is better to disable domain purchase options temporarily than mislead customers.
Overall, I recommend caution before using this service and suggest checking all charges carefully
