Sito molto serio per persone davvero serie, esperienza molto positiva per gentilezza ed empatia. E bello sentirsi persone e non numeri e questa azienda ha dimostrato di avere a cuore le persone che si interfacciano con loro. bei prodotti, soprattutto gli shampini per hotel, ho trovato anche delle ciabattine colorate che non trovavo su nessun altro sito. I miei ospiti le hanno apprezzate molto. Vasta scelta anche di minibar. È anche arrivato tutto velocissimamente.

A FUIR ! les livraisons ne correspondent pas aux commandes !
Cette Société HOTELIFY n'est pas honnête. Ils annoncent des produits sur leur site, envoient le bon de commande , font payer la facture . A la livraison : SURPRISE : vous ne recevez que la moitié de votre commande !!!
Après 15 jours de telephones et de promesses non tenues , vous abandonnez par ce que vous comprenez que ce sont des gens malhonnêtes !

Il peut donc arriver que les livraisons soient effectuées à des moments différents. Chaque client est informé par e-mail des produits expédiés et de ceux en attente de livraison.

Don´t buy at this company!
They sell cheap, products without a good quality.
If you want to return the products because your are not happy with the smell or quality they tell you they don´t accept returns. They also tell you if you want to send it back the costs of shipping are higher than the worth of the products.
Please don´t buy something here. You won´t be happy with it. :(

We would like to clarify some points regarding your experience. When you contacted us about returning the shampoo and shower gel dispensers, we explained that, according to European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), purchases made with a VAT number are not entitled to a withdrawal. However, to accommodate your needs, we made an exception and offered you the opportunity to return the products, applying the right of withdrawal as if you were a private customer.
As for the shipping costs, these are the customer's responsibility, as established by European regulations. The shipping cost depends on the courier chosen for the return and is not determined by us.
