Very limited in its functionality in particular to check out page

Hotels by HotelRunner Team,

The minimum night restriction is not being properly enforced in the booking flow. Even though a minimum stay (e.g., 3 nights) is set, guests are still able to select dates with fewer nights.

This creates confusion during checkout and disrupts the booking process, potentially leading to lost reservations.

Please investigate this issue, as minimum stay rules should consistently restrict the selectable dates for customers. At the moment, the user experience is not aligned with the needs of hospitality businesses, and it’s affecting our ability to operate efficiently.

Then customers need to click on two more unnecessary buttons to confirm rate before they can get on to the check out page, select rate, confirm rate.. its all very repetitive and heavily affect the flow. it should be as straight forward as a one click and directs them to payment.

Competitor Analysis

I purchased a paid service called “Competitor Analysis” from HotelRunner, expecting valuable insights to help us compete with market pricing. Unfortunately, after the purchase, I realized that the service contained no meaningful data or actionable information.

I contacted their team to request a refund, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I received unprofessional responses such as the responsible person being out of town or unavailable, and no proper follow-up was ever provided. The same representative who called me multiple times a day during the subscription renewal process completely stopped responding once I raised this issue.

This level of service is far from acceptable for a company operating in this space. I regret purchasing this service and would not recommend it based on my experience.

This is my 3rd PMS and was the easiest to implement. The customer service is great even though I'm in Central America and there is a large time difference.
