Excellent service at their Plymouth site,friendly staff and our relay hot tub has been totally reliable and enjoyable over the past 6 years

The Hotspring branch in Ivybridge is brilliant. Sue has a wealth of experience with regards to hot tubs and will always give you expert advice without being a pushy sales person. I did not want a hot tub but my husband did and I can honestly say it’s been a very worthwhile purchase. Sue had tried to reassure me with regards to running costs as this was a big concern of mine, I should not have worried as our electricity charge has hardly changed at all. From a medical point of view, if you have any aching bones this is definitely the best medicine. All in all, if you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub, I do not think you could do better than purchasing from Hotspring and the customer service since purchasing ours from Ivybridge has been excellent. The hot tub itself is excellent quality and as good today as it was when we purchased it 3 1/2 years ago.

We finally have our wonderful Soveriegn Highlife Hotspring Tub installed. Much delayed our end, because of garden works to accommodate, but Mitch and the Team at Cardiff were with us all the way.
We are delighted with their service and the quality of the product which we have been enjoying in spite of inclement weather,
As novice Hot Tub users it is also so reassuring to have Mitch and the Team at the end of the phone for advice

Bought my tub from the Chepstow store back in 2021, I cannot rate Simon and the team highly enough, every time I’ve had a query or question than been very helpful in assisting and helping me out. I did turn my tub off for a month due to having my garden redone, I was hoping to have saved loads on my electric bill ! However by turning the tub off for the month I only saved £42 which makes my tub just over a tenner a week ! Happy days ! Glad it’s back on and able to enjoy my tub in the winter.

Friendly service and well informed sales team. The product is excellent. I was meticulous in comparing various brands and scrupulous in understanding the different specifications - our hot tub meets expectations and beyond and worth the premium cost if affordability isn’t the top priority.
We did suffer some issues with configuration with the subwoofer missing and a different control panel. These were swiftly rectified by the sales and regional office team.
We couldn’t be more happy with the product, it performs as expected - big praise to Sue and in particular Liene at the Plymouth branch for excellent service.

This was definitely the case at Hotspring South West and Wales showrooms at Dobbies Garden Centre Swansea.
The Salesperson Allen made an amazing first impression by coming up first with a solid and tailored greeting.
He took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different type and sizes they had in their range.
Following on the friendliness and efficiency of this company at the showrooms extended to the service department at Bristol who service team showed they are committed to offering customers support when its needed most …..ensuring your purchase is installed to the highest standard and importantly left the customer with the confidence and reassurance you will always receive the very best attention and aftersales service, every step of the way.
The whole process from buying to installation was scrutinised to the last detail to ensure that you’re absolutely delighted with your new Hot Tub without a hitch because sometimes even the smallest details can make a big difference.
The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish, everybody who sees the hot tub admires it. The workmen were the best we’ve ever had in the house, they worked quietly and considerately.
In conclusion…..A very willing Company good product with no hard pressure sales.
