I am very disappointed with both…
I am very disappointed with both HouseAccounts and the vendor. I trusted both of them and ended up paying over $700 to have a new toilet and shower head installed. It is reasonable to expect that both items would be properly tested before the technicians left, but the shower head only works partially.
I contacted both the vendor and HouseAccounts for support, but my concerns were ignored. The vendor said they would return the next day, but they never showed up, and I have not heard back since. I also reached out to HouseAccounts for help and received no response at all.

The vendor said the come back the next day and I have not heard back and they did not show up I reached out to Houseaccounts for help and NOTHING

I highly recommend Luis Garcia of Handyman Services! He fixed my leaking showerhead and replaced three light fixtures. Everything looks and works perfectly. Service was Great & Prompt
The individuals they had to contact us were great. Service was prompt and courteous. The contractor showed up on time and ready to complete the task. I would use this service, and the contractor again. The only reason it's a 4/5 is because it wasn't clear how to pay the Vendor and no way to go through house account to let them know we chose a vendor and no clear way to show how to pay the vendor.

Right on time
We had an excellent experience with this plumber. He arrived on time, came in professionally, and got straight to work. The job was done efficiently and correctly the first time.
His pricing was very fair — no overcharging, no surprises, just honest work. That means a lot.
We truly appreciate the quality of service and will absolutely be using him as our plumber moving forward. Highly recommend!
