Excellent with person with dementia.

Was well attended too and the nurse was caring and gentle. Getting the suction made such a difference and enabled me to enjoy my holiday.

Customer care is simply superb. The lady doing my ears was so kind and helpful as was the receptionist.

It felt safe and competent. Procedure well explained and successful

Helpful from start to finish. Daniel talked me through the tests, explained everything, fitted the hearing aids and checked that all was OK. Follow up two weeks later to fine-tune the aids based on how I coped with them over that two weeks. Review in six months but told just to call in if I experienced any problems. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service and outcome. Skilled practitioner, easy to book an appointment online. Very satisfied indeed with the service and outcome.

All was good... reception, listening, swift appointment; the practitioner explained everything clearly.
However,
I found the procedure distressingly noisy, and my hearing isn't quite normal now, it is tinny and whistles oddly in car with road vibrations and in the wind. If I touch the skin on the outer part of my ear it sounds sort of metallic.
I hope it resolves. The wax removal was about 2 weeks ago.

I haven’t worn my NHS hearing aid in over a decade because it didn’t do what I wanted it to do which was to help me to hear conversation in a noisy environment. Whilst on holiday at Xmas I met someone who had a bit of tech which could do that very thing! Modern technology!!! So I booked a test at a couple of places (it’s a lot of money so I wanted to compare service) and House of Hearing in Galashiels won. Daniel has a degree in audiology and is a hearing aid wearer himself so this isn’t just a job for him. Very happy and I have been recommending them to everyone who might find it useful.

Visited the House of Hearing as a last resort really as I was in so much pain with my ear .
After several unsuccessful visits to the doctor I knew something was very wrong .
The audiologist , Daniel was very patient and kind and also extremely thorough . He took me to see the hearing nurse Pam who removed skin overgrown in my eardrum and as a result the ear is completely better and my hearing has improved by 33 decibels .
I am delighted with this whole process and cannot recommend them enough .
They are kind , polite , patient and very caring .
Everything you could wish for in a heath care environment .

I suferd for week whith earake, went to mu Dr 3 times and did not sort it gave me rong info to do, when once her and sorted, can not recommend them enouf, I will all was go back for check ups
