Very beautiful designs, plenty to choose from that would fit to any place. Purchase was straightforward, delivery was fast and customer service has been friendly. After making an accidental purchase (I moved on to check discount and it processed order), I contacted House of Koyomi immediately to cancel. After several attempts without receiving a response, I left messages all over Facebook. I was ignored. Instead I received a message three days later, my order shipped. To no avail, and no response, I will be receiving an order I did not want and was ignored completely. FRAUD. Reported to card.

I’m absolutely loved both the prints. The colors are even more beautiful in person, and the detailing is incredible. It adds so much character and warmth to my space. The packaging was secure, and it arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase again!

I ordered a present for my daughter. She is best pleased with the image and it arrived in good shape.

We ordered a framed picture. We love the image, and it was shipped well. Only downside is that it's very shiny, and we planned to hang it opposite a window but all we could see were reflections. We now ordered special glass elsewhere that shouldn't be so reflective, so that should solve it so that we can enjoy our picture.

They were really nice. I needed to make an exchange. The print comes separate from the frame - it was easy to put it in. I'm going to look for another one!
