What a wonderful fashion house is … The House of Meliora!

Discovered this exciting internet clothing company by chance some months ago, looking for a stylish, modern suit, in the style of Chanel….without the price tag.

I placed my first order, that which was acknowledged immediately, then waited in anticipation for the suit to arrive which it did so within a couple of days. The suit was fabulous. Quality material, a superb fit, size was exactly as suggested in the listing and the price…. Wow! I could afford another ten of these for the cost of a real Chanel.

So pleased was I with my purchase, I immediately ordered another two suits, different styles and colours, both of which were exactly as good as the initial purchase.

I’m writing this review just after House of Meliora has launched it’s 2024 Autumn range of suits and dresses, those which I have once again been tempted to buy, safe in the knowledge that the quality of the garments and the customer service will be exceptional.

House of Meliora is a fabulous find and almost hidden from mainstream advertising and media, although they do have up to date and interesting Facebook and Instagram pages, both of which I follow.

My wardrobe has been enriched with the new editions that House of Meliora has created. I just need more exciting dates and venues to show off my new, classy look.

Dress purchased for my sisters birthday (which is today) - never heard of the site - no reviews on TrustPilot (never done that previously) but the dresses looked so classic and appealing - took a huge risk.

Ordered a size 14 - dresses arrived but Meliora dress sizes definitely run small, item didn’t fit. I returned the dress - the next morning (a Saturday), following the acceptance of my refund request - via email.

Of course I used a tracking service. Item arrived in Dagenham on Monday. Meliora only confirmed receipt of the item (via the refund portal, no email received) - the Friday after, as I had to raise a dispute with PayPal ( luckily, I paid via PayPal)

Still no update from Meliora- they have a very interesting return policy (please read the small print!)

Okay, I decide to honour this interesting company - by sharing my experience with others- now you know what to expect!!

No human expects a refund immediately- what customers expect is an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of receipt! Fix that.
