House of Scent Reviews

Despite ordering over the Christmas period along with everyone else, With in 3 days of them returning my order was dispatched!
Excellent customer service and scents as always.

This is a fantastic company, love their products, I have ordered a few times and have been really happy with my orders. Fast postage as well which is always great when you need oils in a hurry.

Fantastic quality with the fragrance oils, plus amazing customer service from a very friendly team! Always willing to help small businesses with their blogs too!

I have purchased 5/6 times now, and I honestly can’t fault this company! The fragrance oils are absolutely stunning - strong, well-balanced, and true to description, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Friendly, very responsive, and genuinely caring, which is super rare these days. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every order. A company that truly deserves all the recognition and success coming its way. Sarah, you know what you did to help me, and for that, you truly are an angel x

Amazing scents, amazing services, amazing support!

Everything about house of scent is 100%. From service to products to delivery Cannot fault anything about it. 💯

The products are first rate, but the real 'secret sauce' is their customer service. Items are shipped speedily; All inquiries are answered in detail and very promptly. A truly bespoke experience. HoS now ships to the US and it is a life-saver for my business.

Really quick service, very easy to order from. I love the wax from here the best I have ever had.
The only thing they could improve on is send the CLP labels with the products.

Fabulous supplier of fragrance oils, wax extremely well priced, great to see that HOS were leaders of reducing prices. The oils I’ve sampled, have been of an extremely high quality, one in particular stands out, ‘Bluebells and Wild Berries’. Having purchased from another supplier I was very underwhelmed, tried HOS’s version and WOW, exactly how it’s supposed to be. Looking forward to using this company more as it grows. Egyptian Amber is calling my name.

I can't put into words how absolutely amazing this company is. Their customer service is outstanding and Product quality is incredible!

Extremely fast delivery and good quality oils highly recommend

This review is based on my 3rd order off them…
I think the quality of their products is second to none. The fragrance oils are incredibly potent — if you smell them straight from the bottle for more than a few seconds, the strength can literally knock you out 😆!! As per the instructions, you defo need to dilute them accordingly to what you’re using them for (body mists, diffusers, candles, wax melts, soaps, body butters, etc.).
The scents are soooooo long-lasting, which is HUGE for me personally as I’ve never had FO that performs so well in the past…Personally, I actually do believe House of Scent is one of the only companies that sells truly authentic, undiluted fragrance oils. I’ve tried products from at least four or five other retailers, so I feel I’m competent enough to provide an honest comparison feedback.
Ive also purchased the EcoSoya Melt Wax, and it’s an absolute pleasure to work with. The scent throw (both hot and cold) is outstanding…🤯 Having used similar products from other brands, I can confidently say House of Scent’s version surpasses them all.

Their Sodium Lauryl Phosphate produces a beautifully rich, luxurious lather, with foaming properties that exceeded my expectations.
The Isopropyl Alcohol is also excellent quality — and at just £7.99 for 1 litre which I think is a real bargain!!!

The next-day delivery option is another huge advantage ✨👍

The prices of their products are the lowest I’ve seen …again compared to other brands.
Customer service is very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely personalised ✨Sarah has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations every time.🫶🤤
So to finish off this long essay of mine….
The House of Scent still remains my number one retail store, and I completely trust them with every product I purchase.

Thankyouuuu 💕

I have ordered from this company so many times now and each time their products customer service is spot on!
The owners are so easy to communicate with and their products.. well, the scents and the melts I make from them speak for themselves! Outstanding.
Thank you so much House Of Scent, happy to of finally found a top reliable supplier xxxxx

The fragrance oils are super strong and very long lasting! Lots of compliments from customers, be it for wax melts, room sprays or carpet fresheners. Not only that - the team, Sarah and Andrew, are absolutely lovely. Their customer service is amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble! Need advice? Ask in the friendly group on facebook, Sarah is guaranteed to answer as well as all the other lovely members in the group. Or she might even private message you :)
And if you havent tried the christmas collection yet, you definitely should! Amazing oils, amazing prices, including the cheapest wax around!, very quick delivery and amazing, lovely people that run and own HOS! ❤️

Ordered from here after looking for a duplicate of black cherry I used to have from a previous supplier and found the perfect match!

Of course ordered a couple of try but they are so strong and smell just like the ones I was after!

Also any enquiry’s pop them an email they are so quick to reply!

Sarah’s customer service is beyond incredible, she always goes above and beyond for everyone. Never had a single complaint and will always shop here first, I’m excited to see what the future holds for house of scents as every oil I have tried (at least 90%) has been incredible

Being a novice candle maker, I stumbled across this company and so very glad I did. Customer service is outstanding as are the products they sell. Fairly priced, quick delivery and always on hand to answer questions. I've never had a bad scent from HOS, fantastic quality. Would 100% recommend.
