I think this is a scam. I haven't received my shoes as promised. 73 bucks to these scammers. they act like they care but do not. Will be contacting BBB and my bank to fight them. do not buy from them. waste of time and money.

If I could give one star I would. First of all Houston Ridge is actually a company called Quinn Lane. For over a month, I’d been trying to return shoes that were too small and poor quality. The company repeatedly insisted I had to ship them back to Turkey at a cost higher than the purchase - even though they claim on their website that their HQ is in Louisville, KY -- while also pressuring me to accept only a small partial refund. After I reported them to AMEX, they suddenly claimed prior responses were from “new staff” and offered a U.S. return address—but only if I withdrew the inquiry first. They then sent me a nice note saying they would be more than happy to take the shoes back and to let them know, then sent only that note to my Amex dispute saying that they never received the return!! This company is a scam. I’ve also filed a BBB complaint and no one should purchase from them.

Terrible quality items and impossible to return. SCAM!!! They need to be blocked from doing business anywhere. So deceptive!!!

If it was possible would rate "0", I would. Sneakers are poor quality. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Customer Service is non-existent. After being sent 2 pairs, the same things existed, deceptive sizing, poor quality, cheap, cheap, cheaply made and slow shipping. Should be against the law to sell such.

The quality on these shoes extremely poor. The process to return- such a scam- the request is to send the shoes to Turkey- international shipping is like 40 bucks. I fell for the shoes and didn’t do my research on the website/company.
Please do not order shoes from here. Please make sure to do your research- nothing is what it seems on the internet anymore.

Turn and run. Not only did the shoes not fit (zero arch support), smelled highly toxic like chemicals and cheap construction but their return policy is a scam. Before ordering, I checked their website and everything appeared US based. I quickly knew I wanted to return both pairs of shoes and followed their instructions to process a return. Their first reply was to keep the shoes and they would issue a 20% refund. I declined. Then they increased the refund to 25% and I declined. Then they increased it to 30% and I declined. At that point, I demanded a full refund and would ship the shoes back because I didn't want the shoes. Then they tell me that I would have to ship them back to Turkey and the shipping costs would likely exceed the cost of the shoes. The final resolution was to accept a 50% refund (which was the highest they said they could go) and I consider this a lesson learned.

SCAM. Ordered the first week of November. Never got it. They told me they were very behind because of Christmas. I ordered Nov 5! Refuse to refund. Do NOT use these Chinese scammer companies.

Product is not genuine. Ordered a Savrin Suede jacket, large size. Received a 2XL. Sent an email to customer service and they said please try it on first. I did and the sleeves came to cover half my arm. No way this was a large and definitely not a 2XL. Sent another email asking for a refund and have been ghosted. No response. Concerned I am out what I paid and will never trust this site again. Use a store you know and trust as these internet stores are getting worse.

The shoes I received are completely different that the picture. Before I ordered, I looked to make sure it was a US company. Well, when I received them, they were cheap looking and stunk. Probably one of the worst shoes I ever bought. When I reached out to return, I was given the run around about having to send to factory in Turkey, etc. What it came down to is I only got a 50% refund. I will NEVER order from this company again!
UPDATE: I did contact customer service and got nothing but the run around.

This company is a complete SCAM. Do not buy any products for them. The shoes are plastic and the look NOTHING like the photo. Beware!!!

Honestly so made up with my purchase, i ordered two different pairs of shoes for my mum as a birthday present, and genuinely am so impressed with the quality, I am always a little skeptical about ordering online but both her and me were blown away by these, customer service was fantastic too, great company and will order again for sure.

Shopping experience was super smooth. I purchased a pair of boots for my wife and she loves them! I'm definitely consider ordering more for this upcoming christmas.

I ordered a pair of leather shoes and was honestly impressed with the quality. The leather feels solid and well-made, and they looked great right out of the box. Shipping was smooth and the shoes matched what I saw online. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a size 5 shoe, which is a 35 european. They sent me a 36. I contacted them and said I would like to return the incorrect size. They told me I had to pay to ship the shoe to Turkey--(which costed half the price of the shoe), even though I ordered the shoes from AMERICA . They then said I could keep the shoes but they would only refund me 15%.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY__THEY RIP OFF CUSTONER AND DO NOT REFUND THEM WHEN THEY SEND THE WRONG SIZE

Ordered product. Never received. It’s been two months, I asked for a refund and they will not return the funds. Total scam. Do not buy here!

The worst shoes I have ever purchased. Quality is Terrible and the smell is awful. Shoes are so cheaply made and not at all comfortable.

Horrible. Ordered a large jacket since I have been wearing large jackets for 30 years. The product that I received was incredibly small so I requested a return label to ship the jacket back for a refund. Was told it needed to be shipped to Turkey and the cost involved would exceed the cost of the jacket. Complete scam. Stay away from this company!

I want to give them a ZERO. Shoe is nothing like the photo. EmaIled them a photo and they tried the scam of keep them we will give you 20% refund, then 30% then 50%. Said I had to ship them back to TURKEY!!! Reported them to the BBB and called my Credit card company. Total SCAM.
