Everything about this website feels like a scam:

1. When you pay with Credit Card via their PayPal integration, the PayPal receipt is for "Cong Ty TNHH Purrlogy" with a cryptic Gmail address. This seems to be a Vietnamese-related account
2. After you order, you get a super generic "Thank you for your order" email, but no order ID or tracking ID.
3. When you go to their Track my Order page on their website, the website has a permanent message there saying that there is a "bug in their system" about the tracking ID not being sent to you until several days after the order
4. Several days later you then get an order ID and tracking number. The tracking link goes yet another website with a very scammy-looking domain of random characters. The website is in complete Chinese.
5. The tracking ID that you paste in that website is deterministic. I can change just a single letter in my tracking ID and pull up someone else tracking information, displaying another customer's full name and zip code. This is a major security/privacy flaw.
6. I emailed customer support about the tracking, and after the first email gets ignored, my second email finally gets answered after I threatened to do a charge back. They answered that my item is being sent.

Now, here is what so conflicting about this review: In the end after about 2 weeks, the item arrives in the United States (shipped from China I believe), and the item is great! The quality of the piece of clothes I bought was great quality and I like it.

Overall, the item was overpriced, but this store was the only store I found that carried the item I was looking for. However, given all the security concerns, I will probably try not to order from here again unless I really can't find it anywhere else.

I really liked all of the options to make the mugs more personal and unique. The packaging was very sturdy and protective. Arrived in perfect shape and timely considering the design and designated year. I bought it for a gift. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great service, quick email response and to top it off , was great to see they was able to make minor adjustments, to make the t-shirt even better.

Tracking updated to say "fulfilled" after 48 hours and I have not received a single thing from this company
I ordered a hoodie and they're claiming i have it when they never even dispatched it

Knew I was in trouble when I noticed they tried to sneak a charge in for a donation to their softball team??!
I requested a call. None. The shipping is outrageous, and when I tried to pay, the checkout was a nightmare and was not functioning properly.
Needless to say, I had a revelation and cancelled the order before there was more hassle. Bad Vibes.

Absolutely LOVE the pokedad shirts! I have bought several and recently learned you can customize them even farther! In the comments you can request different pokemon not on the list. I was also able to make a "pokemom" shirt as well! All you have to do is put your request in the comments and the design team will email a picture of what they come up with. Absolutely amazing! Only thing I noticed was my husbands hoodie did shrink. I ordered him another 2 sizes up and it fits perfectly. The customer service has been great as well. I thought I was missing part of my order and they were quick to respond and help! Come to find out the shirts were just folded together, woops.

Excellent response from customer service. Able to customize. Product sizes perfect and good quality love love my Toyota Sequoia bling!
