We received the product when we were promised and although the shipping box was a mess the packaging was excellent and there were no damages or missing parts. It assembled easy and is exactly what I thought it would be.

Easy to assemble and rugged

I have been extremely pleased with my purchases from H Potter. Both the Stratford Arbor and Savannah Garden Trellis are exceptionally well made, substantial, and even more impressive in person than they appear online. The materials and finish are excellent, assembly was straightforward, and the completed pieces feel like permanent landscape features rather than lightweight garden décor. Shipping and packaging were also excellent, with everything arriving well protected. These products are not inexpensive, but the quality, design, and durability make them an excellent value. I would purchase from H Potter again without hesitation.

Well made and attractive planter. Delivery was prompt and the packing excellent.

We purchased a pair of metal and glass-pane terrariums / mini-greenhouses / Wardian cases. The contemporary design is thoughtful, the manufacture is very well done, and the care taken by H-Potter in designing and executing the protective packing of each unit when shipped is impressive. I am glad that we chose H-Potter. Do note that the WAR153 units, if exposed to rain, can pass water (run-off) into the metal base through gaps between the bases's sides and the vertical glass panes. DIY addition of a flange near the bottom edge of each pane's exterior can remedy this (e.g., peel-and-stick teflon weather stripping that comes with a crease along the center line). Absent some measure taken, water will be trapped beneath the metal base's interior transparent tray that lines it.

Ordering was easy and the product quality was great. Product was well packaged and delivery was smooth. A good value so I would be pleased to make additional purchases.

The trellis was received well packaged and all the parts were included for assembly. All parts are high quality and beautifully manufactured. I must say the instructions could have included how many of each bolt should have been in the kit and the instructions could be more specific regarding the "long and short end". I am very pleased with the design, the look and the quality and weight of the assembled trellis.

Quick delivery, concise instructions (albeit somewhat awkward to assemble by oneself), beautiful end product. I hope it stands up to the elements. Time will tell.

We love the Harry Potter Heirloom Round Metal Garden Trellis, it's perfect. After making the special order, delivery time was not that far out. It was easy to put together. Thank you so much for the new piece of art in our yard. Your product is outstanding! Lynda B.

The trellis that I bought is beautiful and well made. My clematis will happily grow up it.

H Potter sells the highest quality iron garden structures and lanterns!!

I ordered the H Potter Lantern 19" and received it in 3 days. It arrived well packed and nothing was broken. The lantern looks just as it did on-line. It is made with cast iron so it is heavy (I think 20 pounds) and very well made. It you like a rustic look this is the lantern for you. Will be putting it on our patio among the plants. Love it!

The product is 5 Star. I gave 4 stars due to the fact the instructions did not specify which direction the top arches should be placed. I did call and text the company, however no response. I called again and Jerry knew immediately how to fix the problem. It was an easy fix, however the directions should have been clear. And the order was missing screws. Again an easy fix after a trip to Home Depot.

Shipping was quick but the quality of this trellis is amazing. It adds such an elegance to the garden. I can’t wait to see what it looks like once the clematis get to climbing!

Fast delivery, well packaged. Semi-easy, two person assembly, beautiful and sturdy project.

This trellis wasn't quite as nice as the first one I purchased because it was formed of flat metal pieces rather than the better quality square wrought iron bars of the first one. I recommend studying the pictures carefully to know exactly what you are getting. That being said, it is pleasant to look at and will work well for my climbing roses.
