We are appointed by Insurers to impartially validate a Customers claim in line with the Insurance policy terms, claims guidlelines and where appropriate, offer a fair settlement value or provide access to the services of an approved building repair contractor. We do not receive any commission / reward from Insurers for the outcome or value of a Customers claim. We are paid a fixed amount to provide our opinion on the cause and value of a claim. HRNL has a network of individual building damage surveyors and repair contractors to aid in the validation and settlement of a claim across the UK.

Recently had a traumatic incident at home when a housebrick was thrown through living room window. However the service we received after that from Home Repair Network was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, good communication. Arranged everything, kept us up to date with progress and superb installation of new toughened glass. 1st class, very happy

Nathan was very helpful and polite throughout the claims procedure. He was contactable via email and phone, which made the whole procedure less onerous. Although there were steps which we had no idea about in the beginning, he was clear and efficient, and the process was well managed.

Superb service
Any insurance claim is stressful but Beth made getting our window replaced as easy as it can be. She was polite, helpful, unbelievably efficient with timely emails and phone calls requiring minimum effort on our part. Faultless service and I am very happy to recommend this company as it seems their staff are not only exceptionally well trained but also helpful and supportive. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Nathan was Exceptional
Nathan was Exceptional! From the minute he was my case handler right through to settlement he was absolutely brilliant. He understood the challanges with my particular case, he listened, he actioned and most importantly he continously kept me updated. Even when there was no update he'd call to say he'd just chased the 3rd party and if he hadn't heard by a certain time he'd chase again. He was also always one step ahead, once he'd heard back with the report he already booked the surveyor for me before informing me of the appointment. He always followed up with emails and kept me in the loop (sometimes just not knowing is more frustrating so this communication was really important to me). He was sympathetic, efficient and professional. Having a home disaster is always distressing but Nathan was a prime example of how insurance companies should be operating in this situation. I'll continue to use Aviva insurance and hope I never have to claim again but if I do I hope to get Nathan everytime. Someone give this man a raise :) Once again - Thank you Nathan!!!
