Over HSL Chairs - Cardiff
Geschreven door het bedrijf
HSL is an award-winning family furniture business with stores nationwide. We’ve been handcrafting and delivering beautiful furniture to provide true comfort for over 50 years. Making people comfortable is part of our DNA and that is why we do it.
We have spent over half a century making it our mission to understand the different sizes, shapes and needs of our customers. We have learnt how people sit, rest and sleep; how their bodies bend and move; and where and why they ache. We call this knowledge CleverComfort™, and it goes into the design and manufacture of every chair, sofa and bed we make – ensuring that our furniture fits the bodies of our customers perfectly.

Made in Yorkshire
Whilst our roots still remain in Yorkshire, we have welcoming showrooms nationwide spanning the entire country and a national network of Home Visit Comfort Specialists performing consultations in our customers’ own homes.
Family Business
As we’ve grown, one thing that has never changed is the passion for comfort and furniture being at the heart of our business. We’re still family-run, we continue to hold traditional values in our hearts, and we have always been dedicated to providing a caring service and excellent value for money for all of our customers.

Buying an adjustable bed
Expertly steered through the complexities of buying an adjustable bed by salesperson Alan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained all the possible options. He gave us a lot of confidence in buying from HSL.

Visit to Cardiff and the purchase of a lovely recliner chair today was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We were not rushed and felt valued as customers despite the showroom being quite brisk. Thanks to Jade for making things simple and easy.

We knew what we wanted
We knew what we wanted. We don’t like shopping online and avoid it if possible. The service was professional and friendly. Enjoyed the whole experience. Now hoping for an earlier delivery than promised! Would recommend the shop and service to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finish I had excellent service. Luke visited my home and explained everything clearly without being pushy. He was really friendly and helpful and it was good being able to test the chairs in the comfort of my own home. The day of delivery went perfectly. Martin and Jack moved my existing chair to another room and set up the new chair for me. They tested it and explained clearly how to use it.
