Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was a bother to them. All staff members had plenty of patience and very happy to explain the different benefits of their products.
My experience in the store with Amanda was very good the same as it was when I purchased a chair in 2024 with her help and understanding of what I needed. I don't receive delivery of my bed until ar... Toon meer

Geschreven door het bedrijf
HSL is an award-winning family furniture business with stores nationwide. We’ve been handcrafting and delivering beautiful furniture to provide true comfort for over 50 years. Making people comfortable is part of our DNA and that is why we do it.
We have spent over half a century making it our mission to understand the different sizes, shapes and needs of our customers. We have learnt how people sit, rest and sleep; how their bodies bend and move; and where and why they ache. We call this knowledge CleverComfort™, and it goes into the design and manufacture of every chair, sofa and bed we make – ensuring that our furniture fits the bodies of our customers perfectly.

Made in Yorkshire
Whilst our roots still remain in Yorkshire, we have welcoming showrooms nationwide spanning the entire country and a national network of Home Visit Comfort Specialists performing consultations in our customers’ own homes.

Can't say enough about the quality and service!
My mother's new chair was delivered today and I can't say enough about the service she received. She received a phone call about 40 minutes before they arrived. And 2 men brought the chair in, moved her old chair and kept it plugged in so she could be seated comfortably while the new chair was installed. While one man got the new chair set up and helped mum learn the remote (she is visually impaired), the other man waited outside. The men were patient, and unhurried
Mum loves her new chair and is so much more comfortable than she was in her old one.
