It was an enjoyable experience to deal with the two people(sorry forgot their names)in Prestwich.Theywere very helpful and friendly.I didn’t feel as though we were being pressured in any way.I bought a lovely chair which was delivered on the following Wednesday by Alex and Tom.They kept in touch before they arrived
firstly with a 2 hour slot and then an approximate time of arrival. Both were very friendly and helpful and all packaging was taken away.
A really good experience and will be buying another chair and sofa in due course
Well done HSL!

From my first enquiry in the Showroom
From my first enquiry in the Showroom, staff were pleasant, helpful and patient, there was no pressure. The furniture was delivered on time and in excellent condition. For once, I can honestly say that both customer service and product standard were exactly as promised.

An excellent all round service from HSL Prestwich.
My Husband and I went to HSL to look at chairs. We were made to feel very welcome. The young man who dealt with us was called Joseph. He didn't rush us into a decision and we said we would think about it. We went back the following day, as my Husband had questions about the chairs, all of which, the young man answered to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service given.
