HSL Chairs - Tolworth Reviews

The customer service was amazing every care and consideration was fantastic.
Very impressed with the service.

I must say how really pleased I am with HSL staff.
Both Luka Tolworth Branch and Chantal in Customer Services recently ironed out any difficulties with patience, good humour and understanding. Excellent staff and I’m really looking forward to my Super Petite Burrows Recliner arriving, I feel confident it will help enormously with my back and mobility problems. Thank you.

Client consultant Luka took time to show us different chairs and the benefits of each and left us to make up our minds without any pressure.

Luka at your Tolworth branch made me feel very welcome and gave me advice on the different chairs without pressuring me for a sale.

Very helpful and appreciated our difficulties

Luka, in Tolworth branch was friendly, knowledgable and showed my parents different chairs, control settings and fabrics.
We are looking forward to getting the Bramham chair.

I had a fantastic experience visiting the Tolworth Showroom. Luka and the rest of the team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish—they were incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and am now eagerly looking forward to my new chair arriving. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with HSL beds when we stayed in a hotel in Sutton surrey while we were looking for a new home but I couldn't afford one then now I need one for a medical reason

Excellent customer service
Friendly helpful and honest advice on selection and models available

As soon as we arrived both staff members were there to greet us &offered help. While Nick was showing us the different chairs , the female assistant (sorry can’t remember her name) was offering refreshments.
Excellent service. Now we just have to wait for our chairs to arrive.

The member of staff who served me was an extremely pleasant young lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her to make my purchase a trouble free event.

We were very happy with the service given by Luka in Tolworth. We were given good advice on the single sofa that we were looking for.

We visited the Tolworth store looking for a contemporary sofa and was welcomed by a comfort specialist Luka. Her knowledge was excellent with great communication skills. The store was very clean and had a great range of sofas and chairs. There were lots of options when picking your sofa to adapt from a small to a larger three seater. The completion of paperwork was very straightforward. Whilst you are there you are offered tea or coffee or a cold drink along with a range of biscuits. Nothing was rushed and you felt valued as a customer. Excellent service.
