Issue resolved

I received the item which doesn’t fit properly and I’m currently struggling to get in touch for a return. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received any response whatsoever.

Worst experience ever, won’t be shopping here again. Placed an order for 6 items on the 10th, realised the size of one item ordered was wrong; tried to contact company, phone number goes straight to voicemail and was unable to leave a message, so sent an email explaining what had happened and giving size requested. Following day, tried calling again and sent another email through contact us on their website.

Monday received an automated email to say order has been dispatched, emailed again. Voicemail still not working. Wednesday received order, which contained 5 items, one of which was the wrong sized one and one item missing. The invoice in the packaging was someone else’s order with their name and address clearly visible ( a serious breach of GDPR). I can only assume my invoice has gone to this other customer with my missing item. I immediately phoned and was able to leave a voicemail this time and also emailed. As to date have heard nothing, we are an item missing. I will be reporting this breach of GDPR. Won’t be buying from here again.
