HudsonBluDesigns Reviews

I cannot recommend Hudson Blu enough! Their bags are incredible. I have bought so many I've started a little collection. They are fantastic quality made by the kindest girls. I've bought them for friends, my mum and myself! The most gorgeous selection and really affordable prices 🙌🏼

Amazing customer service, absolutely outstanding.

From the simple ordering process, being updated on our order status to the receipt of our perfect products.

We ordered several personalised toiletry bags and a bridal clutch. Each bag is of the highest quality.

We will 100% be using Hudson blu again, and recommending them to our family and friends.

Thank you so much Hudson Blu

Good customer service. I contacted Hudson Blu Designs about a query and the situation was sorted. Thank you Abigail.

Ordered 2 beautiful bags from Hudson Blu Designs. 1 being my wedding bag with a beautiful pearl and beaded design. My other for my hen do in the rainbow beaded design. Communication was amazing and my bags were made exactly how I wanted them all personalised with names and wedding date. Thank you xx

Absolute shocking customer service!!!

Placed and order on the 6th of February and sent emails every day asking for updates as I needed the items for before the 14th….

They decided to email me on the 22nd with some cock & bull story and lame excuses!!

One of them been they work full time jobs and do this as a side job…. I myself run a similar business alsong with working full time 12 hours days but still managed to reply emails, social media messages ect!! It takes 2 minutes to reply to an email & keep customers updated & informed.

They said x8 parcels were lost which we don’t believe in the slightest more like they have over sold the items and couldn’t have the decency to admit there mistake!!! My partner also ordered from these a week later and got the same shocking customer service & supposed lost order.

I would avoid this business like the plague!!

Complaint have been logged with there e-commerce provider ( Shopify) I would suggest all over customer who have had the same experience to do the same…

Customer service was amazing from start to finish. The bag I ordered for my wedding day is so beautiful and will definitely be a lovely addition to the day! Such good quality and so much detail. Couldn’t recommend this company enough x

The most AMAZING customer service, the quality of the bag was phenomenal, genuinely amazing small business who go above and beyond, my bag was utterly perfect and something I will treasure forever! Highly, highly recommend.

Ordered a personalised bag (signature collection) came quickly, customer service (Abbie) was really friendly and helpful, amazing quality bag & can really appreciate the craftsmanship. Will deffo be returning again!

Bag is beautiful! Will be getting another colour for summer! Customer service is amazing too, really quick response time and made an alteration I requested straight away.

Received my bag today and it’s beautiful. Thank you. Shipment and response to my emails took longer than expected but Abbie explained this was due to them not being back to full operations after Christmas. Lovely business.

Very fast delivery considering it is the week before Christmas (4 day turn around), I ordered a clutch pouch and The Hudson Tote which both are personalised. They are the most beautiful bags I've every brought, I am recommending this company to anyone who will listen. They are for my wedding day so I will be telling everyone where I brought them from!

Good communication when an issue arose with delivery due to postal strike. Very pleased with items ordered. Would throughly recommend

Ive ordered a few bags from Hudson Blu and I’ve never been let down. Every bag is perfect and exactly what you order. Delivery and customer service is always outstanding. There’s a bag for everyone for any occasion. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Just received my order and it is absolutely fabulous! I love it so much. I’m always a bit sceptical ordering things online as items never turn up like the pictures but this bag really is as lovely as it is in the pics. Its an ideal work bag as my laptop fits in perfectly. Excellent products and great service. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

I have ordered 3 bags till now from her and she has been amazing with her customer service ! Love all three bags would definitely order more ! ❤️

I’ve purchased several bags from HudsonBlu and never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was the chequered collection Amelia Bag, i’ve had so many comments on the bag, mistaking it for another Brand. Great quality, quick delivery and comes in lovely packaging.

I was hesitant at first from ordering from a company I didn’t know but when the bags arrived they were beautiful! Great price and quality, will definitely be ordering again!
